What truly wonderful time it was. Right when I arrived and was greeted by Angel the doorman who remembered me from last year and Paul the afternoon doorman who also remembered me to your wonderful staff it was truly a great experience.

All the staff was top notch, Friendly but not intrusive but making sure you were fine. The hotel is a classic of Mexican architecture and the rooms are spacious. Btw, the only thing that was amiss was heat. Nights in Mexico City can get chilly and there was not heat! That would be my only complain. The food at La Huerta restaurant was so tasty and the waitstaff was always helpful. Thank you all for your kindness and politeness.

The staff was tremendous. We were there to renew my wife's passport and they let us have a late checkout. They also tended to my wife when her blood pressure was really high. A+ across the board

I love the physical hotel because it’s a beautiful work of design, but they fell on small details. For instance there is only one tiny water bottle provided per person per night, even in the superior Club rooms, which is not enough and they refused to bring more unless we would pay via room service. Tap water isn’t drinkable in CDMX so you’re really in a tight spot
