The pools were nice, the room was clean and spacious. I was disappointed that there wasn't a coffee maker, a blow-dryer or any of the usual amenities. There were shared microwaves in the hall but no means of cooking in your room. The restaurant was excellent and you can easily share a meal as portions are large. The staff are friendly and when the wifi wasn't working they called the company and got it back up the next day. Overall, I would recommend staying here and would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.

No actual foodģ

Our room was quite basic and could use some upgrades. However, it was clean and tidy. It lacked a hair dryer and cozy blankets for the cold nights. The view from the sit-out area was beautiful, and the pool was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful.

The room was very nice, spacious and have all needs for our one night stance.

The hotel itself was nice -- but ended up costing much more than I booked it for. (1) I prepaid the room in full through hotels.com, but upon checkin I was told I had to pay a resort fee -- even though this is nowhere stated on hotels.com. (2) The standard room is on the bottom floor and has a window that faces the main sidewalk, so everyone can see directly into your room as they walk by. This level of non-privacy is not ideal, so I asked if we could change rooms. Initially they lied and said they were booked full (which I could see was not true because I could book online). Then I was told we could switch rooms if I paid an upgrade fee. So all in all the hotel was nice, but cost about $45 more than I had anticipated. Had I know it would be that expensive I would have booked somewhere else.

Muy buen lugar

Every was great, staff very attentive, room spotless, A/C cold, pool was clean and well cared. Ease of direction and have everything you need.

Hace tiempo que no me hospedaba en este hotel y habiá dejado de ir por lo mismo, en recepción son pésimos, además de que está horrible la decoración de los cuartos. Definitivamente no volveré. La limpieza es excelente y la seguridad, la ubicacion es buenisima.

Great amenities and clean. But couldn't sleep 2 out of the 3 nights: 1st night. People in the pool area until 2am. 2nd night. Until 3.30 am. I complained on the second night around 2am, but at the end the answer was "there is nothing we can do" and shrug us off. We ended up walking around the hotel, were we discovered they had a HUGE social area with even a bigger pool and further away from the rooms. The hotel could've plan better or move them to a more appropriate space for all. and intil 3.30 am the second night.

Friendly staff

The bathrokms are dirty. Short staffed at the property, no one to pick luggage, bathroom trash was full of condoms. The cleaning lady entered room without a knocm.

We had an amazing experience with this resort. We had a lot of flight troubles and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff is very friendly, the resort grounds are beautiful , very clean facilities, very family friendly for people traveling with kids. Will definitely visit again
