Very convenient location if your purpose is an activity in the University of Navarra.

Friendly staff, clean room.

Room was not especially clean, in fact it looked like someone had sat on the bed before we arrived and we also had to clean the bathroom prior to using as there. Was wee on the toilet seat - not something that you really want to do after walking 28km on the Camino.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very convenient to have a restaurant onsite.

Everything has a new feel to it. From room to dining area to reception - everything is well kept.

The lady at the reception was very helpful and courteous. She assisted us in finding a marvellous restaurant in the old quarters.

Room size: 4/5, Bathroom 5/5, Clean 4/5, Service 4/5. Lots of noise from 3rd floor late at night and early in morning. Reasonable location. Getting tea/coffee was a problem.

Great stay here for a night. Made very welcome by the reception staff, dog friendly. Parking on site and outside. Good room and nice breakfast. Well located for a 20 minute walk into town

Área around hotel is great. Room was very small. I chose it because of the VIP amenities/upgrades in supposed to get as a VIP on Expedia but I didn’t get anything. I’ll stay an NH next time, more bang for the same price and same lication

Clean hotel, outside Pamplona city center.

We stayed in Pamplona during San Fermin. This hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the city center, so it was a nice quiet place in contrast to the crazy festival. The hotel gave us red scarfs for the festival, so we didn't have to buy our own which was a neat bonus. We didn't do the buffet breakfast at the hotel, but the cafe they have is really nice and serves great food and coffee. We highly recommend it. Staff were helpful and there was a laundromat nearby which was super.

Modern and clean. Can get to old city via bus in about 30 minutes with walk to stop, etc.

This property has a great partnership with the nearby Sparta gym that guests can use. Way better than a hotel gym! Hotel staff were all very gracious. Food pretty good too. We could hear some noise from nearby room.

I have loved to stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel was very clean. they have dining options. I have tried the gym and it is walking distance from the hotel but has all the machines to keep you moving and it was quiet. the hotel is well located from restaurants and 20 minute walk to museums and the old city.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel that’s across the street from a park. The staff was friendly and spoke English, which was a plus. Because we were there on a Sunday, we were able to park in front of the hotel for free. The hotel, which is convenient to the University of Navarre, offers a breakfast buffet, which was good.
