Pleasant spot

Great option with all amazing amenities! Staff goes beyond what’s expected when you ask a question, they are knowledgeable and patient. Yamila in the morning breakfast and her staff assisted and day to make sure we start the day with a smile. Walking distance to the beach which you receive a card to trade for an umbrella and chairs to enjoy your day. Amazing stay!

Very nice hotel with excellent service

This is a beautiful new hotel, with an amazing (heated) indoor pool that has an outdoor feel. Came in really useful as the weather was awful (despite being summer!) so definitely glad this was an option. The breakfast was really tasty and the lady at the counter was super nice. The staff in general were really good. Most of them have limited English skills but it was not a problem at all. Great place with great staff. The area is a bit far from restaurants but uber works well and there’s some nice places a very short drive away. Would definitely stay here if another opportunity arises

Excellent in every way

the place is just as described and it was a very nice place. I must highlight the excellent service, the staff is very friendly. The only two tiny things are: parking is on the street and during breakfast you must ask for food that should be placed on a counter for self service instead. Having to ask for a muffin in a continental breakfast is very weird, even when the personnel is lovely. Other than this the place is superb

Super recommend Hotel in Punta del Este. Quiet area, close to everything. The Hotel is small and it was excellently renovated. People was super friendly and excellent service.

The hotel was really clean, nice, modern, and well located. The breakfast was ok, it can be much better for Punta del Este, especially the pastry and coffee. The only thing I truly disliked is that I am a gold member on Expedia and I always get either room upgrades or late check outs at vip access hotels like this one. This time I asked and none of it was given to us, neither a room upgrade or a late check out, and our flight was leaving late at night so it would've helped a lot.

Beautiful hotel not far from the beach but secluded enough. The rooms were great, the staff is super friendly and everything looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Nice little hotel for a short stay. Nothing spectacular but a good value located in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a moderate selection.

Hotel bastante agradável, limpo, moderno, excelente localização, porém sistema do café manhã inadequado. Sugestão, deixar buffet aberto para os hóspedes se servirem.

Quartos confortáveis, academia boa, café da manhã bom, restaurante do hotel com lanches saborosos. Ao lado tem uma capela muito agradável, com missas diariamente. Ótimo hotel!

Viagem a trabalho e o hotel atendeu bem o que precisava. Localizado em área residencial, com estacionamento fácil em frente. Quarto compacto, mas excelente para dormir, cama confortável , chuveiro espetacular com diversas saídas de água. Frigobar vazio. Café da manhã simples. Equipe atenciosa.

Realmente excelente! Todo estuvo genial, la habitación amplia y espaciosa, el desayuno delicioso, todo limpio y bien cuidado, el personal es un 1000. Descansamos mucho y sin dudas volveremos.
