We had a lovely stay. The hotel was so comfortable and clean. The staff were warm and welcoming. The bar food was delicious, compliments to the chefs, waiting staff and restaurant manager. The thermal suite and leisure centre is fabulous - relaxing and spotlessly clean and thankfully the hotel does not charge guests of the hotel to use the thermal suite if not paying for a treatment. We will look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful place, big rooms, very quiet! Just the food needs to improve (more buffet breakfast variety) and a little bit more of flavor.

Staff exceptional, Alan and Conner (bar), John and Johanes (Guest Services), every person we encountered were friendly and made our stay our favorite place to come back. Hotel was great, breakfast very good, rooms were comfortable and spacious.

The hotel has charm but is definitely showing its age. The spa was the biggest disappointment — overpriced, poorly delivered, and handled by an inexperienced massage attendant. The windows could use a good clean, and the grounds would benefit from some general tidying to bring the place back to life. On a positive note, breakfast was generous in portion and very well cooked, which was a welcome highlight of the stay.

Great staff and especially the two concierge staff and evening bartenders!! Was disappointed in the bed. It was a king but had a slope to it. The room was nice and the property was very pretty!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Maryborough Hotel. The standard of service from all staff members we encountered was warm and friendly. The hotel accommodations were top end and the Espa and pool were very enjoyable. Great to have this hotel on our own doorstep. Thank you

The guest relations Manager listened when I mentioned that the room we had overlooked a roof ie the view looked onto a working area of the flat roof. Otherwise the stay meet our requirements. The Gurst relations Manager gave us his card to let him know when we next stay.

Everything from check in, to bar staff, to breakfast staff was amazing!
