The ONLY good thing about this hotel is Rosaria at the restaurant. Other than that, to be avoided at all costs. Old, dirty, surrounded by an ugly industrial area with zero services within walking distance. The 4 star designation is an abomination and a lie. It should have 2 stars at most. Never again, I’d rather sleep in my car.

First time booking a Novotel and was very disappointing. The whole place was dirty nothing looked clean.

Good efficient hotel before flight. Located in close vicinity to autostrada to Rome or Napoli. Swimming pool, nice efficient room, good new towels good breakfast, parking, good price. English speaking stuff

Very nice stay, no complaints…

Extremely dirty doesnt start to explain it. We showed up to scum in the toilet and after a 6 day stay and repeated room cleans they did not clean it. Our bathroom sink did not drain. We showed up to no lights to be told AFTER we went to our room and cpulsnt figure out why we didnt have them that the generator was down. The room was full of bugs and we left covered in bites. At night we got little to no sleep because of the noise from the upstairs runnings around banging on the floors there appears to be no time rules in this hotel. Literally a nightmare. Friends stayed down the road with a lovely experience.

It was advertise with a bath for an extra 10€ cost but actually any was available because in restauration. Then, the electric column it seems was not working and the staff had not knowledge of it functionality. They could have better taken track of those two considering that it was at exclusive use of the Hotel. At the end I had to figure out myself how to make it work. A brochure in the website should be mandatory to explain how to use them and to solve any technical issue. The breakfast was of poor quality considering it is a 4 stars hotel. Coffe or capuccino were really to any decent standard. They could do much bettter.

Hotel is simply not a novotel.

Nice hotel and we chose this hotel as it had a pool, had free parking as we had hired acar and didn’t mind driving 30 minutes or so, into Naples centre. Nice that they had a little children play area, and staff gave out soft cuddly toy key rings to my 3 children which put big smiles on their faces. Good breakfast selection at the buffet too.

Not a good stay. I book 2 rooms with double room but they tred to give as 1 single room as 1 room . The management rude .not good room

It was a one night stay. Served its purpose. Clean safe and close to premium outlet mall.

The hotel is in a bad neighborhood. Rooms' cleanliness is extremely poor. Hotel conditions are decadent.

We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights because it's very well connected with the city. Apart from the reception and bar staff the remaining departments were quite below the average. The room was not done properly and the carpet was not cleaned at a good standard. The shower was broken and often the fridge was not refilled with water. The breakfast staff was often not well trained nor willing to satisfy the custmers needs.
