Pretty good hotel, a little far out of the main area to visit. I would look at some other options more towards the center of town if I was being touristy. For a business hotel, this is great.

Super nice staff and very clean facilities - area around was also close to the heart of the city. Parking was a bit expensive at 22.5 euros per night but to be expected given the proximity to the centre-ville. Overall a great stay!

The Aircon wasn't working and the mirror in the toilet was chipped, I wanted a late check out and they charged for it..

The room I got was old, the carpet was stained, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows un usable. the room had a distinct smell that never left and I was never adviced, before making the reservation, of the major work been done to the hotel during my stay

The best thing about this hotel is the staff reception and restaurant staff are excellent. They are friendly and helpful. The one person I would single out is Guillame at reception. he was extremely helpful in helping with my issues with the room. I had changed rooms during both of my stays in the past 10 days because of the dirty carpet the first time and construction workers working directly above me the second. The carpets in the two rooms I was had really dirty carpets (maybe because of their age) and the bath tubes had mould around the edges. I acknowledge that the hotel is trying to do some renovation so maybe it will be better in the future for other guests.
