The room is not comfortable because the bathroom faces the bed and the toilet is separate from the bathroom so it is very inconvenient for us.

The hotel is in total renovation on the ground floor of the reception area. There is dust everywhere and the moving room is narrow to reach the reception desk and it is difficult to pull the suitcase because of limited space due to the renovation. We were disappointed because the Hotel did not inform us first, while we brought a small child so that the danger of breathing dust was due to the renovation. One of our family members also had an alergy to the renovation dust so they had to carry a mask. The hotel rental price is no discount or there is no apology from the Novotel hotel management for the total renovation incident. It is not appropriate for the management of a Novotel hotel. The only thing that is satisfying is the reception service that tries to appease disappointed guests.

Good hotel, near shopping malls. Will stay here if I come to Den Haag again.
