The manager there was amazing, all the amenities and the restaurant were great! We will be back for sure!

Room Kitchen and Bathroom are well managed, Outdoor pool is also awesome. Overall great place and location is great to close all every area!

Great location in the village!

The hotel was nice to stay at however I felt there were to many hidden costs.

Staff were friendly, the general manager was very helpful and made the room ready earlier for us. Room was so spacious. Everything was very good

Everything was clean and staff were friendly. Loved the outdoor pool and hot tub. Recommend, would stay here again.

I was there for a conference Checking in & out was smooth. My Bed was a bit firm. I was on the main floor & My sliding door was facing the Cinnamon Bear which made me not want to open the curtains & a bit uncomfortable.

Friendly welcome, lovely pool, rooms are very spacious and clean.

It’s a clean venue, but showing its age. Nice to see the outdoor amenities are all restored and in service (pool deck). However, the hotel didn’t discount its $40 “resort fee” despite not offering many of the advertised services (ie: bike rentals), and claimed that hotel wifi was one of the reasons for the added fee. Wifi as an extra. In 2026. The room wasn’t ready until an hour past the advertised check-in time, but at least they offered to store luggage while we waited, and were generous in a later check-out time when we departed. I’d stay here again, but will spend more time considering alternative accoms beforehand.

Clean room, good bed. Outdated shower, made noise when on. Restaurant on site- below average food

This 2 bed/2 bath unit was bright and huge at 1600 sq ft. with 3 sets of French doors opening to mountain views, generous sized rooms, an outstanding master bathroom, good beds and linen. It had very large kitchen, ample cupboards and counter tops, a Sub Zero fridge, a cooktop and microwave, but otherwise it was poorly equipped which is a shame. For a unit that size there was no oven, not even a teapot or a single serving dish or a blender. I’ve had far better equipped kitchens in 3 star studio units in other Whistler properties. It’s better suited for takeout or preparing simple food rather than preparing your own meals.

The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall.

Plan to have fun. Staff was very helpful.
