Loved the natural fireplace! Our room was spacious and clean. The only minor thing was that shower-hot tub combo was a little awkward - a little tricky getting in to shower (edge was too tall).

Great location very convenient to the gondolas and restaurants. The facility is a little dated, noticeable in the bathrooms but the room furniture and common areas are nice. Received a daily hotel credit for Hilton Honors and was told at check in the amount reset mid day so if you did not use it for dinner you could use it for thevbreakfast. But at checkout I was told that it resets at midnight on the calendar day.

The room was average. There was a ton of noise from the room upstairs all night. I don’t know if they turned the TV on full blast and just left for the night. The pool and hot tub were not very nice. The hot tubs were both not hot. The breakfast at the Bear Den was very good and probably the only really good thing on our trip. Valet staff was excellent.

Spacious good location. Staff were good. But the food is way below. Ordered some but all put them on trash can. And the heater is like 20 years old does not work well and noisy. We were cold in the room all day. The maintenance guy said nothing can do.

The wall and windows leaked cold air really bad. Also there is resort fee without notice until you checked out.

The room was devine and very clean. Staff was curtious but man do they want to get in and clean even with privacy signs out. They didnt bardge in, just tried to get in as i was walking in and my wife was inside.
