I've stayed here 3 times before. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Parking is charged at £3 a day which is reasonable. It's a good base for visiting Cleveleys, Fleetwood or the main attractions as there is a bus and tram stop opposite the hotel. Copperface Jack's, the hotel was closed..but when open can be good for watching sports It's not the Hilton, but I will definitely be back.

The stay was okay. I stayed in a single room with my cat, and it had the essentials. The price was fair and included breakfast, which was a positive point. However, there was no fan in the room, and it was very hot. The hotel is an old building that needs a general refurbishment. I would recommend it for a few nights if you are not too demanding.

Not a great hotel! Firstly its impossible to get any email/facebook response, they just ignore you On arrival there was a massive line for check in so it took about 40 mins waiting in a hot reception area. Requested a high floor, didnt get one. Room was like a sauna with no air con and no fan. No toilet roll in the room, not even 1. Shower curtain was just stored on the floor Then on the last day we walked up to our room for our key card to not work so had to walk all the way back to reception to get it rescanned Everything in the amusements arcade had a note saying out of order, not even 1 working! Parking is ok for £3 for 24 hours but I probably wouldnt return

Despite hearing the contrary, found everything absolutely fine, my room was clean, staff were excellent, buffet breakfast had enough choices in my opinion. OK, so the tea bags in the room were not very nice & the communal decor could do with a bit of modernisation, but that’s trivial & didn't affect a positive review.

We recently stayed at the Norbreck Hotel in Blackpool and came away feeling pretty disappointed. To be fair, there are a couple of positives. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel has plenty of parking. The building itself is absolutely huge and has so much potential. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The exterior is tired and run-down, and while it's an impressive-looking building from a distance, it certainly doesn't give off a premium hotel feel. The inside is even more disappointing. For a hotel charging the prices it does, the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was nowhere near acceptable. Our room had mould and dirt around the windows, a broken drawer, a TV that didn't work, and the condiment tray had black mould inside it. The floorboards squeaked constantly, and the beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs through the mattress. My kids were excited about using the swimming pool, but after seeing the condition of the room, I wasn't comfortable letting them go. If the rooms are being maintained to that standard, it doesn't exactly inspire confidence in the cleanliness elsewhere. The whole place feels like it's been untouched for decades. It's outdated, worn out, and desperately in need of investment. That's a real shame because the hotel itself is enormous and could be something special with the right care and attention. We weren't expecting luxury, but we did expect a clean, well-maintained room.
