I say. This the best hotel in Cologne. Service, location and staff, all wonderful.

Beautiful hotel with EXCELLENT service. Very clean rooms and the beds are so incredibly comfy!

Had a great time - perfect for carnival fun

Location is very convenient and well kept and managed very professionally...All the Staff that I was encountered during my stay ( two separate days in one week) was very pleasant especially Ms Dilara Ekinci that I was greeted and checked out..she had a very helpful positive attitude. I will definitely will come back and recommended..

This hotel is in the best location and its staff was top notch! The restaurants and bar were fantastic! We loved every second of our stay!

Property is conveniently located and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff made our stay more pleasurable and the front desk staff was pleasant. Concierge information consistency was mediocre. Parking was difficult.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, great staff! Location was amazing. It is a very short walk from the train station, and is steps from the Cathedral. We went to Cologne to visit their fantastic Christmas markets and were not disappointed. The two best ones were in walking distance and we had a wonderful time, going back to our room several times during the day because it was so convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

5 star excellence! Service was exceptional

Return stay at this beautiful hotel. Right across from the cathedral and Christmas market. A nice note and snacks were left in the room. The room is a little pricey but worth it.

I don’t know if I received the VIP access or room upgrade. Regardless, the room and guest service were exceptional and if we come back we would return to the Excelsior.

Everything was so convenient. Location cannot be beaten. Staff was very accommodating.

Front desk staff were excellent and the in house restaurant Hanse Stube was superb a special thank you to the restaurant manager Mr Sasse for an unforgettable evening .
