Room good except tv wouldn't work with the remote control in room had to get reception to to come and use there their remote to get it working which I wasn't happy with. When we turned tv if at night and put on on morning tv wouldn't work afain

I got in late. It was difficult to raise anyone on the phone. Eventually located my key in the box with my room number on it. Then took 10 minutes to find my room in such a big complex. Not impressed

Restaurant closed still advertised online as available. TV not working obviously an on going problem that hasn't been fixed. Paying $379 for one night should have had better than this. Will not be recommending Mecure and certainly wont be staying Mecure again
