My last room kind of had a weird smell to it, and the bathtub drain needs to be cleaned, as water was filling up during my shower. Other than that, everything was good, as always.

Quiet and clean

The room I was staying in, the door lock in the washroom was broken and didn’t have any soap or body wash for bathing. So I requested at the front desk that if I can get a different room and so I was assigned a new room. Turns out, the new room had a broken lock on the entry door and there wasn’t any body wash in the washroom either! I have stayed in other hotels with much less price but with way better overall experience. Such a waste of money.

Hotel and room were nice for the money. Couch was not clean.

Spacious

They refused my check-in, even though I booked the room online and had it paid for. Staff was completely useless no manager on site. She didn’t even know how to get her manager on the phone to clear up the confusion. Do not book a room at this place this place should be closed down and staff should be fired.

Nice area, could be a bit deeper cleaned but has what you need.

Run down hotel. Had to replace light bulbs in the room. Half the plug ins did not work. Door was thin, made of wood with big gaps. Wifi, you are limited on what you can do. Walls had holes with paint missing.

Good stay, breakfast is not very good.

Me and my 3 children had been on the road for 13h so I booked through Expedia 2.5h before I arrive.

There was construction happening in some of the rooms, so it was noisy.

It was nice and close to East Side. The price was right. The walls are paper thin and it was so noisy for most of the night. Lots of outside noise as well. The bed’s feet is higher than the head.

Check in was great. Requested main floor rather than 2nd floor & was accomodated

Issues with the down payment, hard to understand the receptionist.
