The room lacked cleanliness, amenities were insufficient, and the location was not convenient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel

The lady at check was very helpful. The room needs updating, although the bathroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable. There wasn’t much to do around the immediate area. The breakfast was very good.

Good basic hotel for the short term traveller at a reasonable price .

The location was clean. We were put in the hotel they purchased across the street. People who came to get us twice went to the wrong reception area. They only clean and give you new towels every 4th day. That’s s little too long to wait for towels.

The room we were assigned had someone else occupying it ! The same happened to the second room we were assigned ! It took over an hour for the receptionist to look for an available room and ultimately, with no results, put us in a ‘spare’ room - tiny, the window opened onto a ‘walled in’ small ledge like area so there was no breeze and it was stifling hot. By this time it was well past midnight and we had no choice but to accept it. Never experienced anything like this before !

The guy running the hotel gave the best service I have evr had in 11 years of business travel. I gave him a US $100.00 bill for a tip! He was that good!!!! Hotel was ok, but the service was unmatched!!!

From the outside it looks a bit dull but very nice hotel inside!! a pleasant surprise! Free coffee or tea during our stay, and a nice plasma tv in front of our bed, the parking costs 75 kroner for 24 hours. No bathtubs in hotel, just showers.

Fint rom men dårlig bad

Hotellet trenger oppussing. Kanskje det dårligste hotellet vi har bodd på i Norge. Kalde rom, radiatoren virket bare litt. Lite utvalg ved frokosten.

Veldig kaldt rom! Hyggelig betjening, vi ble tilbydd frokost siden vi skulle dra i 6 tiden om morgenen.

Rummet katastrof, frukost minimal, inga bekvämligheter.

Frokost bra men manglet egg og bacon. Rom utmerket med unntak av TV, ikke bilde. Fjernkontroll gir ikke signal. Fikk byttet batteri, men uten virkning. Spurte resepsjonen om alternativer men ingen interesse. Unntak, tilbud om å se TV i resepsjonen. Hotellet var ikke fullt!

Lang ventetid på innsjekk. Ingen info om frokost. Rom på andre siden av gaten. Ikke-fungerende TV. Knirkende seng.
