My wife and I stayed in a queens suite with two young kids and a baby. Good dinning options nearby. Not very walkable.

The pool is permanently closed as of 6/21/2025.

Extremely helpful, courteous, and professional, despite the occasion not being a typical one, as it was due to a funeral, it was comforting to know that Staybridge Suites, Pittsburgh, was top-notch. The breakfast was great.

Husband & I enjoyed our stay over all. The staff between daytime and overnight were all pleasant. We took the stairs a lot as there was only 1 elevator and it seemed to operate pretty slowly. Our room was nice. The light switch when you walked into our room didn't work, so we had to manually turn each light on. Not a biggie, but it was strange trying to figure out what those switches were for and definitely took us a minute to get every light turned on. I am not sure if that is the norm or not. We didn't have a need for the kitchen but the coffee pot had some ugly stains in it like it hadn't been cleaned or replaced in awhile. After seeing that, we wouldn't have been comfortable using the kitchen items.There were some minor cleaning misses we noticed like the blinds & picture frames. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The air in our room worked great, though it took us a minute to figure it out because there was both a thermostat and an a/c unit in the room. The bathroom area was nice & clean. We liked the lighting around the sink mirror & the additional body mirror too. The shower worked well and there was plenty of space on the shelves to hold our toiletries. The hair blow dryer in the room needs replaced ASAP! It was old and pretty beaten up. When I turned it on I heard crackling noises and it barely had any pressure. It was not safe for use. We only had 1 tiny 12-inch trash can in the room, that was small, could have use a biggie one or an additional one.

We had an issue needing to change rooms and the staff were very helpful in accommodating our family. This hotel is very clean and breakfast was great. 10/10

Great establishment! Rooms were awesome and clean. Staff were like family, and the hotel offers amazing free breakfast and free social hour with food on 3 nights in a week

Their was a lot of traffic which made it difficult to exit the property. Everything else about the property was great !!

Everybody there was so polite the breakfast they give you is amazing and the lady that runs the breakfast is phenomenal
