No pool amenity

My husband and I stayed here for about a week while we had work done on our house. It’s nothing fancy, but it worked fine. We even had our kitty cat with us. I will say they are very pet friendly. The room was clean, and the kitchen was adequately stocked. The front office staff left something to be desired, but all in all I’d give it a B+.

The property is worn out. Refrigerator has rust on the side, the toilet seat is broke and the coating is coming off. Drapes were torn. Couple outlets with no power. Little to no basic maintenance. I would not stay here again.

I love this place an the room i feel on my home

If you're considering this hotel then you're likely looking for an affordable option in the Domain/Arboretum area -- and that's exactly what this is. For a one night stay, it got the job done. The hotel shows some sign of age, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was nice having a full sized fridge and freezer in the room. The young man working at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

Inside was ok, outside like dorms. If you are not willing to pay more for hotel, that’s what you get. Not good, not bad!

Nice and quiet, friendly staff. It was a little run down, running toilet, and had some stains on the towels. But for the price and location, as well as the kitchenette, it was good enough.

The room was clean and have everything that one my need in a short trip. Locate close to restaurants, mallsand business offices.

The room was clean and fresh, everything worked well. The common hallways could use a carpet refresh though, maybe some better ventilation when neighbors are cooking. Overall a good value for the price.

Check-in was smooth, however check in area doesn’t look very welcoming and gives an initial bad impression. The room set up is nice with small kitchenette with plates, pans, utensils etc to cook. However, for us there was items left in the dishwasher when we arrived that we weren’t sure if they had been cleaned or not. There is living room and designated bedroom. Bathroom was roomy and had nice walk in shower. The staff were all nice and helpful. Overall location is nice, it’s close to a lot of outdoor shopping and entertainment. Overall, I would say this hotel is good for the price and would stay again for another short weekend stay.

I feel like I've been catfished. The room looks nothing like the photos. mix matched appliances, run down, a smell of ramen noodles that I can't seem to get rid of. Its a very 2 star hotel at best. Perks, the floor is quiet, front desk was nice and hospitable and there is security to overlook the parking lot. Just disappointed in what I thought I was paying for.

It was okay. Needs renovated elevators and carpets.
