Great stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

If you lose the parking ticket you pay a penalty fee.

Smiling staff with VERY helpful attitude makes the stay joyful. Highly recommended!

Great location, helpful and friendly staff

I wish I could give a 4.5, every thing was good, slight issue I raised with staff was very efficiently and pleasantly taken care of. The desk staff, Gaberiel et ao., are 5 star, as is the pool and saunas. Definitely would go back! Great location for me!

Great reception, comfortable room after an horrendous flight.

Hotel is quite nice, with a nice spa area. The issue is that it is frequented by large groups of young footballers, who have no disregard for other people using the spa. The spa staff were not able to control them. This ruined the experience. The hotel staff offered us a snack & drink to compensate but it turns out this was literally a bowl of peanuts & water.

I would say if you are looking for somewhere that you can walk around and look around it’s not a great location for that . Not safe for a single traveller. Also I had an item from my room taken into lost and found when I was out for the day ? No idea why but apparently they thought I left ? Odd when I booked 2 nights. So average stay. Food in the restaurant however was delicious and the staff were friendly. If you need a taxi I suggest Uber only as local taxis all tried to charge different amounts for same journey .

It is my home whenever I return to Bucharest. The entire staff goes over their standard duties to accommodate the needs for my 3-year old and I. The breakfast amazing, oakleaf salad for lunch or dinner my absolute choice number 1. Risotto yummy, the sauna soo relaxing, parking so easy and affordable. Last time the staff helped me to put my luggage in my car as my daughter was sleeping and could not leave her alone. Crowne Plaza for life! Bianca
