No fridge in hotel, guide does not work on TV, bed and pillows are uncomfortable, requires paid parking, mold in bathroom.

Why do hotels here charge to park your car at the hotel you stay in????? So stupid! They have you standing out in the rain checking in trying to fill out the parking ticket. Won’t stay here again.

The electricity went off in part of the room.

It is good but old. Bathroom door did not close.

This Sheraton does not live up to the Sheraton name.

The concierge/front-desk was great...both friendly and professional. The cleaning staff was pleasant and helpful. The parking availability sucked after hours though. I was shocked that the noise from the pool was as loud as it was during pool regular pool hours. There was a knocking sound I believe from the HVAC system but wasn't certain the culprit. It actually awakened me a time or two. Had a generally great stay overall though.

Beautiful property and close to the airport

The staff was great and the place was very clean but many aspects of the hotel need updating, stained carpet and wallpaper especially in corners, and furniture is outdated and heavily worn.

The layout of the hotel is pretty neat .. how they have the pool on the inside and the balcony .. I’d definitely pick Sheraton again

I absolutely hate the fact that you have to pay to park in their parking lot. (Not a parking garage) that is the craziest thing I’ve ever heard of.

Check in was slow, long line, 30 minute wait, only one staff member checking people in. Air conditioner in room was very loud, and in general the room was not in the best condition. The room did the job, but won’t stay here next time.

This is a Beautiful place to stay with friendly & helpful staff. Great ambience throughout.

Very clean!

Sheraton did a great job and took a lot of the ease in. My wife and I came there due to a death in the family. The room was a great size and the view overlooked the inside of the hotels atrium area.

Staff is very friendly.

Everything was amazing although I wasn’t told about the breakfast other than that it was nice

Everything was close convenience clean although the mattresses were a little too soft, causing me to get leg cramps because my blood wasn’t flowing properly
