It was a very nice stay it was a quick one we were headed to a cruise. The staff was very gracious and kind. We would stay there again with no problems.

There was an Oder in our room. It was poorly lit in the reception area at night.

Unable to access property at all. The road is closed to access the hotel after 8:30pm, local time.

A fine clean hotel with pleasant staff, but not much around. Really only convenient if you need a rest stop along the I-75.

Check-in was 4/10 for me I wasn’t provided with adequate information about the place I had to ask questions. When I went to the room there wasn’t any water when i tried calling the front desk there was no answer. I had to go back downstairs to get water to make my coffee. The next morning I went to have breakfast the food was tasteless there was no bottle water on the buffet and the seating arrangements were poor. I proceed to the front desk and asked for a bottle of water the lady at the desk was so rude told me that they normally give out water when you checked in which that wasn’t the case. Very bad experience I would never recommend anyone to go there.

The first room was not good. I couldnt close the.door.from the inside. Someone painted the door jam. I had to get my neighbor across the hall to pull the.door shut after i entered it. The front desk did.move me to another room. It was comfortable

Elevator was broken and was a hardship for those of us older to lug our luggage up then later down to depart!

Everyone was wonderful ,very clean the breakfast every morning was wonderful !!! Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Clean, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Will return for sure.
