The staff was terrific, offered our kids, hot chocolate, very clean and thoughtful accommodations for our entire family. Highly recommend.

Simple hotel, for a night rest after a long road trip. We left before breakfast was serve , so no coments on that.

Little inconvenient when you have an animal and are not aloud to leave them to go get something to eat. And then they suggest to leave them in the car while your at the restaurant. I get some people are disrespectful and if that is the case do not offer pet friendly.

The lobby was clean, check in took a while since the system was acting very slow. I went to our rooms and I had to run back out. Someone had smoked in the non smoking room. It smelled horrible. We needed to request another room and did not get the one we booked for. Overall the beds were comfortable, the room was clean and we slept so well. The breakfast should have more options beside bagels and cereal but it isn't a big deal. The kids enjoyed eating as much as they wanted. The rooms were perfectly stocked with complimentary items. I dint want to leave since it was very comfortable and we needed to drive back home. I would stay again at the Spark Hilton

No manager available during our stay. Hair in our “clean” towels. Television in room didn’t work. Pool was dirty. Advertised buffet style breakfast but was not offered. Couch bed was one of the worst I have had.

Room felt new very quiet. Walked to restaurant. Good location. Very clean. I wish the woman who checked us in was more like the man who checked us out. He was very warm and friendly and was eager to see if we were satisfied with our stay

i arrived only to find out my room was not available. and there was nothing they could do to help me even though i had a confirmation email with the confirmation number and was trying to shower her. there just kept stating i was not in their system and they could not help me. i booked this room back in April. Jhustin was quick to help through hotel.com customer service, i got a full refund of my room and credits on the hotel.com website. i appreciate all the help he was able to give me and the quick speedy service he provided.

This was the cleanest and most spacious hotel room we’ve ever had. My kids said it was the best hotel ever (6 and 8 years) The lady working the front desk the evening we stayed was really kind and got my kids some milk at 9:30 at night after they found the fruit loops that were on the breakfast bar. The late night cereal snack was a highlight for them!

The hotel has clearly had done cosmetics done. The lobby is fresh from decor to the aromatherapy that hits you ehen you walk in... the rooms however are lackluster..this is sern most in the bathroom... you can see the new calking masking the old mold or oxidation... the beds are not as comfortable as other comparable hotels... and in my case, the fitted sheet had a stubborn urine stain that I had to see and was then disgusted to sleep on... the attendant said he assured us the sheets were very clean... nonetheless, no one wants to sleep there, regardless...the breakfast was a carb-fest-diabetic's nightmare... continental breakfast offering no protein.... for the price, you'd think they would offer a hot breakfast with offerings that can cater to all... over all, i would give them a 6 for effort... the family that worked there were all lovrly people.... but the hotel is still quite rough around the edges to charge what they did.... i would have paid 50.00 plus taxes for this experience... not more than double, as i paid.

Stay was overall amazing. They’re a new hotel so it was clean, bed felt great. Me and my family had a great night while staying in town for a wedding. However I wish breakfast was more diverse. We had a continental breakfast with just cereal, bagels and yogurt ; no coffee, eggs etc. if you take that away it’s a pretty descent stay. There are plenty of food around; area felt safe and close to the highway.

Great weekend stay, beds were comfortable, hotel was quiet, friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Clean comfortable beds, both the night clerk and morning clerk at the front desk were very friendly
