It was not a good experience. They woke us up in the morning to Leave and there's only like yeah, 830am. It was 11am discharge time. The beds were very uncomfortable.

Stayed for a hockey tou

I was there Saturday-sunday…..the bar/restaurant didnt open until 4:00 and closed at 9:45, most restricted hours i have ever seen for a hotel bar on a weekend. A few of us were watching hockey and having drinks then at 9:30 the bartender says he is closing soon on a Saturday night!

Stayed for a hockey tournament and everything was close and convenient. Rented us a conference room for the kids and that worked great! Pool was quiet and great for the kids.

Everything was very food. Only criticism was dinner dining. Salmon was delicious but served with dry cold rice. Fish and chips were ok but too much batter. Fish inside was delicious. No potatoes served with beef and Yorkshire puddings, strange not to have that.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that it was all good.

I will return again near the GO train.

I travel for my company from NS quite often and stay here due to close proximity to the HealthPRO Canada offices in Oakville. I will be back numerous times throughout the year! See you soon!

Average hotel with quite dated 1980s design and inside facing rooms that have French doors to hallway. I think just on the lower cost rooms. Need to keep the drapes closed. Staff very friendly and one of the few GTA hotels I know that has close access to (Oakville) Go transit.

We love this property for the front counter staff ( Exceptional), the proximity to the GO, (makes down TO super accessible) and ease of access off the highway. 4th time staying, first review. My only complaint was the morning cleaning staff were insistent to the point of aggressive. An 8:30 "housecleaning" knock while opening the door.. and then again at 9:30.. when that didn't work, the hallway vacuum worked on the area outside our door for 20 minutes. We left our room at 10 to use the pool..and we're asked when we plan on leaving. Check out is 11am. This was the only negative thing. Otherwise perfect!
