Everything good !

We loved our stay there. People were so very helpful and friendly. We Will be back.

The warm cookies at check in were a nice touch. The garbage at the entrance was overflowing though. The room was clean but our bathroom toilet seat and sink looked out and wrecked! The gentlemen working the bar was very kind and friendly and any other staff we spoke to were all great too!

Everything ok for

The hotel was clean and staff was great. Rooms are nice and as always, the beds were comfy. My only complaint was the bathroom. The shower needs an update. I couldn't get a decent stream of water to come out to wash my hair. Outside of an out-dated bathroom, the rest was great.

The property and rooms are very nice. Location is good. During our stay, the business centre computers were not working and all the elevators stopped working during our checkout. Staff was very helpful in helping us take the freight elevator, but we had to walk up 12 floors after swimming. Staff was also helpful in printing a document for me.

I love how spacious the rooms that can accommodate 5 or 6. Was nice and big.

Clean, spacious room and a courteous, helpful staff, my top requests for any hotel stay. We had an event nearby and also walked to the tram station to spend a day in Old Montreal. Lee Ann in the restaurant/bar area was great! The breakfast options were good. I would certainly stay here again should I find myself in Montreal.

Double Tree hotels are always great. I do wish the parking area was more protected since this area has a very high vehicle theft rate, but during the F1 weekend they had security in the lot - not sure if that’s always like that. Cookies are always a bonus too!

The staff was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. The hotel seems older, but rooms and hallways were clean. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.
