It’s too long way from entrance to Reception

We forgot our son’s bunny and the staff kept it safe for us until we returned from our trip!

Great hotel for pointe claire though pretty pricey for being so far from downtown Montreal. Careful with the shower door if you're tall as I smashed my head exiting it.

Went to that hotel as it was close to our event location. Disappointed when I got there, went to go to the pool and it was being repaired or something was. Wished I had known and would have picked a different location. First time there and possibly last. The positive on this stay was the delicious cookies we were handed at check in and out. Whomever bakes these, WOW, WOW, WOW. Can we buy them online?

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the last 3 years. It's my hotel of choice!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the restaurant serves good food!!! What more could you ask for!!!

Very clean hotel.

The room and staff were wonderful, especially since this wasn't a planned stay and we were only there because our flight had been cancelled and we couldn't get another flight out for a couple of days. The only complaint we really had was with the pool. The hotel seemingly rents the pool space to a company that was providing swimming lessons, so every time we went to the pool while we were there, there were lessons going on and it was a bit annoying. You'd think it wouldn't be any different than just having other guests from the hotel in the pool, but for some reason, it was different. We picked this hotel because it had a nice pool and we felt we couldn't really enjoy it the way we intended to. Plus, the hot tub happened to be undergoing repairs as well, so that was also a disappointment.

The entrance wasn’t welcoming! Full of dirt and salt at the entrance sliding door. The washroom door was broken and squeaky making a lot of noise. The front office staff and house keeper were friendly. It’s a good location and our 2nd visit at the property in less than 2 months. Very convenient to highways and shopping.
