Updated HUGE rooms. Quiet nice area. Super close to the airport

The hotel was undergoing renovations when I stayed. Check in staff employee seemed like I was inconveniencing him. Everyone else was friendly

Property was under construction. Bad mildew smell. Had to go through dusty construction area to get to room. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious for a family of 5.

The hotel was very clean with a nice strong shower. Breakfast was great. Renovations are going on right now but nothing to interfere with your stay. Nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

No aircondition in upstair hallway. It was 102 F outside. One of the faucets in the room, the water was milky white even after running it. for minutes. There was construcn in sone parts of the building. The positive, room was clean and location is convenient to food and Costco

Very nice people and clean hotel

Stayed two nights and room did not get cleaned. You have to ask them to call room. Dissatisfied after being out for the day and come back to an unclean room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was right on time and extremely convenient. The hotel is doing some remodeling so there was some construction areas and confusion about entrances, but all in all it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

Well located with ez freeway access The hotel was under renovation and there was a fan in the maintenance room that you could feel vibrating in our room and the noise made sleeping difficult

It was great, they are under construction. The pool would've been great as well as the hot tub, but didn't have time to enjoy it. The breakfast was great. Would stay again.

Construction

The property is under construction but was ok. Everything was fine with this hotel until I went to shower at 2:30 am for our early flight. The water came on strong then within 2 minutes it went down to a trickle. Needless to say, I had a head full of shampoo and now freezing cold. Barely got hair rinsed and washed quickly. Had to finish rinsing hair in the sink. My husband got in after me and the same thing happened to him. I called when I got home. Hampton guy I talked to was rude and said, you didn’t give us a chance to fix the problem and wouldn’t do anything. I said, fix it at 2:45 when I had a plane to catch. He said , yes. I told him I would call Hampton Inn customer service. He said, Go ahead. So I did, however since I booked through Expedia I had to contact them. I contacted Expedia and after a day, I got an email stating the hotel won’t do anything because o didn’t give them a chance to fix it. Expedia offered $25 on a future stay as a goodwill gesture. No thanks!!!! I’ll book direct next time.

only issue was the tv kept buffering which was annoying

Everything was great even my room was big loved it I have never seen a room this big

Site was under construction, parked under a tree that had sap leak on my car. I will say that it was saved by a big room with two queen beds and a pullout sofa.
