We arrived at the property 8:30pm came from a 16hrs drive. Because of line up we waited for 20mins to get the room. As we enter the room, the room is so dirty clutter and bedding all over the room. They give us a different room with only a king bed and pull out bed. I booked the room for two queen and a pull out bed for 4adults and 2kids. Me and my wife end up sleeping in the floor. Now we both suffer a back pain. Again the room that they give us still not ready. With used soap in the sink. We book best western because of good room and lovely staff. Instead of we can rest and relax last night from long trip. End up restless and the elevator is broken. The manager promised for the she will refund our stay.

Nice and big room. Comfortable and convenient. Nice breakfast and free flow coffee.

I was put in a room right by the dinning/breakfast area and it was very loud. The AC in the room did not work so the room was very uncomfortable. The light switches had to be all wiped down but the rest of the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was offerred another room but it was 10 pm at night and I had a early morning meeting so I declined. Would not stay again due to the noise level in the room.

Rooms clean and breakfast was really good

My only complaint about the hotel is that there is only 1 small elevator. It takes a while, especially when it is close to checkout time and many people are waiting.

Everything was clean, TV setup was great. Was a bit noisy in the hallway still but no hotel has ever been soundproof for me. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking as it made my back sore, maybe it was the pillow was too soft? Other than that it was a great stay!overall a really good experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff who checked us in was also very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Had to get room key scanned 4 times. 4th time got the front desk worker to come to the room to check. Door would not open at all. Battery in door died and only key hotel owned was broken. Waited for 40 mins in hallway then lobby for assistance, got put in another room till original room was opened as our belongings were in that room. Was not impressed, ended up with stress migraine. Employee asked if anyone was in the room with the deadbolt locked, I made her aware there was not. She still told maintenance she thought someone was inside.

They have free slushies and coffee during the day which the kods and adults enjoyed!

Enjoyed my five day stay here for a work trip. Comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning, large clean rooms. Complimentary breakfast was good! Lots of parking.

Was close to a steakhouse and breakfast included was nice

It was great! Spacious room, clean, comfortable and just a few minutes away from the mall. Breakfast had a good variety to make everyone happy. 👍

My only critique would be about the floors in my room. Very dirty. Couldn’t walk barefoot. Other than that, everything was great. The pool and hot tub were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was so good. It’s nice that there are no minors allowed in the pool/hot tub area after 10 and is open to adults until midnight.

Just got into bed. My sheets are stained!!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfy, hot tub was nice and hot, breakfast was delicious… definitely would stay here again.
