Had to get room key scanned 4 times. 4th time got the front desk worker to come to the room to check. Door would not open at all. Battery in door died and only key hotel owned was broken. Waited for 40 mins in hallway then lobby for assistance, got put in another room till original room was opened as our belongings were in that room. Was not impressed, ended up with stress migraine. Employee asked if anyone was in the room with the deadbolt locked, I made her aware there was not. She still told maintenance she thought someone was inside.
