Hotel value for the money £108 for 2 Adults bathroom was clean with Dover body wash and Dover shampoo with a button for a blue light so if you get up in the night for a wee you don't wake the wife up breakfast was good lots choices nice coffee machines and the staff wear always bringing out fresh food and cleaning tablets was there was one young lady no older than 16 or 18 in house keeping she was very polite every time you walked passed she would good morning with a smile then say are you okay for or coffee she should be at the front desk at reception 10 out of 10 . The only bad thing is you pay for parking no good for a hotel

Great place to stay - will do so again

Stayed here for a quick overnight while attending graduation in Exeter. Convenient location. It was functional, comfortable and clean. Everything you would expect from holiday inn and no complaints from us.

Simple check in and out with helpful staff. Standard breakfast. Easy to park although parking should be free for guests. Noisy air conditioning unit resulted in a bad nights sleep.

Our ground floor room was very clean and tidy, though the noise from the water supply to the toilet and the 'flushing' from the rooms above were so load it even woke me up on occasions. also we had an interconnecting room and we could hear quite clearly the guests in the adjacent room.

Rooms - as expected, clean and comfortable. Service - very good all round, a friendly and efficient team. Breakfast - nice and varied, I particularly liked the pancake machine and watching them being cooked. Location - convenient half way stop for us, travelling from Leicester to Lands End. Parking - half price (£7) if staying in the hotel, 24 hours, code issued at reception and payment made at the same time as check in using a payment meter.

Staff are exceptional. All very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, just off the motorway.

As soon as you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile and a can do attitude. The rooms are lovely and clean and everything you would expect to find is there - even an ironing board. Breakfast was good with a varied selection of cereals, fruit and cooked items available. No drama. The Exeter Holiday inn express gets my 10 out of 10

Stealth charges for basic amenities that everyone would expect to be included in the price

This is a good hotel. Busy but we didn’t have any issues. Only one thing if you are arriving last phone up in advance and make sure they a the team know you’re going to be late

The hotel is OK. Our room was on the groundfloor and seemed a bit tired. It wasn’t a large bed and we were kept awake from 4 -5am by the television in an adjoining room. Parking at the hotel is easy (reduced payment for guests) and it’s convenient for the M5 and Exeter airport.
