The check in was easy and efficient. The room was very clean and AC worked great.

There was a noticeable foul odor in the lobby, halls and in the room. Great breakfast with different options

Terrible property

It was great. However, the microwave didn't heat up and I had to go to the office so they could heat up my dinner. Also, was looking forward to a hot bath after an arduous day of moving my kid into the dorm. I even requested a room with a tub. However, the plug didn't work and the water drained out. Bummer.

Conveniently priced and located but very dated. Poor air conditioning, smelled like dirty mop and extremely flat old pillows.

Hotel was nice and convenient for our Mayo Clinic appointments. Breakfast was good each morning with a different variety of items each morning.

The blankets on the bed were not good. It made sleeping difficult.

Good overall, a little rundown, soap container in bathroom was broken. Pull out couch had a coffee k-cup and old cold medicine under it. Sheets and blankets pretty worn, but no holes. Staff was very friendly.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. There were 2 problems with the room. First, the a/c left the room cold and wet. Second, the tub drain was very slow. We were standing in 3 inches of water within 5 minutes.
