Front desk agent was friendly, professional and kind. On the road so we just slept and moved through!

Parking was easy and room was nice

The hotel was clean and it was convenient to our stay.

Booked on hotels website and when got to hotel stated higher than what I booked for and cost more for taxes. Said hotel app was incorrect. Also when booked pet fee was 25 but when got there charged me 50 dollars

Great breakfast

The women that was working the breakfast area the morning we were there was great! A joy to see her work. She was a hustler. Very pleasant and helpful as well.

The good - Easy access to the hotel right off of the highway, friendly staff and good breakfast. The room was pretty clean and the bed was comfy with clean sheets. The room had a good sized Tv and a table with two chairs, fridge, microwave. Nice views in the distance around the grounds outside. The bad - Aging overpiced property. the room door had a half an inch gap in the frame so you could see into the hallway and noise was coming through also the exit door in the stairwell was broken and was propped up with an out of order sign on it. Minor Inconvenience yes but there was a large gap as well so bugs can get into the hotel freely.

Our room had a bad oder. The floor in the spa/swimming area had hair balls on the floor.

Breakfast was tasty with a lot of options- liked the pancake machine. Bed was comfortable.

We keep coming back to the same place. Great location and very dog friendly. Been coming back for years.

I’ve stayed at many Holiday Inn Express hotels and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately, this particular location was a big disappointment. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by a friendly and attentive front desk attendant, which gave us a good first impression. However, things quickly went downhill from there. As we walked to our room, we noticed the hallways were noticeably dirty—there was visible dirt on the carpet, and it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed that day. Love stopping in Pendleton every time we head to the northwest from Utah. This is a great place to stay when there.

Close to everything

Too much money for what we got. Other hotels we stayed in were less and much much better.
