Great location for the M4 and Heathrow

Comfotable stay for 3 nights

Good location to legoland.

Nice rooms and solid restaurant.

Overall experience was fine but there are two noticeable things. Firstly, there wasn't any complementary water bottles in the room and just to quench my thirst I'd to go to bar to fillin my personal water bottle and secondly, there wasn't any spa slipppers in the room.

Hotel info says four stars but this fell short, room appeared to be unfinished, dangerous electrics, torn carpets, broken doors. Shower floods the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful but appears to lack knowledge of facilities and appear to be more around at certain times one of these sadly was not checking only having one member of staff present and a queue of guests. Food was average but pricey puddings were over cooked sadly didn't get to experience Indian restaurant. Breakfasts were average. Nice touch with complimentary drinks vouchers. Pool area was dirty, mouldy and didn't feel very welcoming. Overall a poor example of a 4 star hotel

Cannot fault the hotel or staff. Really pleasant stay. The only concern was the rooms feel very dated and need a refresh. But other than that clean comfortable

I stayed in Room 613 on the top floor, apparently “ Club” The room visually was good, however nothing but noise and disturbance from a fault what may be an air conditioning unit outside possibly on the roof top. It took some time to establish after turning off internal appliances in the room, that the noise was outside. I didn’t get any sleep at all on the 2nd night. I telephoned reception and they advised they would send maintenance, maintenance did not arrive. At 11.00am I telephoned and spoke to the manager, he assured me that maintenance would arrive by 12:30, once again Maintenance did not arrive. I went down to reception and got conflicting stories from the manager and the receptionist; the long and short of it from the managers own mouth is that they have had several complaints about noise from customers who stayed on floor 6 and as such because they knew of the fault there was no point coming to enquire because they knew what the fault was. This is absolutely disgraceful to advertise that you provide a bed and breakfast service only don’t expect to get any sleep in the bed! The room overlooked what they say was Windsor Castle. The Hotel entrance says Slough/Windsor. It’s not in Windsor this is Slough and the view was of large storage containers and regular beeping noises similar to when the door on a train/tube is about to close. No apology from the manager. This hotel is Shameful and engage in deceptive profiteering to attract its customers.

Front desk staff was amazing Philipino heritage lady (sorry can’t remember her name) really went above and beyond- really good place to stay. If you are ok with kids staying at your hotel- there were many around at the time but they didn’t affect the quality of my stay

Very affordable, Indian food was great, close enough from Slough station and close enough to uber to town center cost about 8-10 pounds. Gym and indoor pool facilities decent. Overall worth staying a bit outside if the town center for the price and breakfasts had decent options

Very nice quiet hotel close to the motorway and LHR

Customer service from some people is very good while from some one is very bad.

Check in was slow the receptionist wasn’t exactly welcoming talked very quietly and didn’t explain about check out time just gave our key card and that was it the room was ok bathroom dated bed was hard needed 2 pillows warm room and couldn’t work out how to work the air con!!! Close to Windsor £8-10 in an uber tea/coffee and also hair dryer I didn’t have a side table so moved the round table by the bed power outlets by bed and usb sockets

I was given a up grade witch was a nice 👌 The room was excellent

Nice hotel but showing signs of age. Had to pay extra for parking (£10) and leisure centre £6 (per visit). Room was very comfy. Although the aircon wasn’t great. Very hot in the room even with AC at lowest. Leisure centre was small and the pool only 1 metre deep. No plug sockets next to bed. Bathroom very small and a bit dark. Got a late check out for an extra hour. Good overall but needs some improvements and up dates.

Friendly staff, nice stay ideally located. Food was nice

Did not like the additional cost to use the pool/facilities, the bed was to hard and the air conditioning was very poor

Great location near majestic Windsor castle Slough train station is only 25 minutes walk or £7 taxi. Check in was very smooth Tony was very helpful & considerate. Overall nice experience staying there with my wife definitely I would recommend to stay here if someone wants there stay near Heathrow airport and great value for your hard earned holiday money 😀😀 Cheers

Hotel had all you needed including pool gym and restaurants. Lack of public transport around the area was the only thing against it.

Nice quick stay. Very clean
