Not the cleanest. Bed was good.

I arrived after the 3:00 check in and was told the room was not ready. I left to go eat and came back and it was not ready until after 4. Upon check-in, there were 2 domestic violence complaints and 2 sheriff cars that were there on that call. Kind of unsettling in my opinion.

Very comfortable room at a good price.

The room was very clean. Bed was extremely hard as were the pillows, so not restful for me personally. Unfortunately there were a lot of loud people on my end of the motel. Music, drinking, smoking and shouting. Glad I was on the third floor so I was a bit separated from it all. The trash, beer bottles and cigarette butts everywhere is not a good look for a place that could actually be really nice.

It was very close to our concert venue and was perfect just for a pop in to rest instead of driving home after the concert

It was fine for the price, some smoking outside and the door badges never workex

I needed a room to rest and sleep for one night due to my son having a college visit. The room provided gave me that, easy to find and not noisy at all.

The inside edge of the sink that you could only see from the mirror reflection was entirely lined with black mold. There were a lot of people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot smoking and drinking. I would not stay here again.

This particular Red Roof Inn has previously had a sordid problematic reputation and now after staying there myself I can clearly see why. My check-in timeframe was in excess of 10-12-minutes despite having made a prior online reservation, which was ridiculously excessive. There was only 3 bed pillows for a king sized bed, minimal number of clean towels for showering and the TV came with a remote and no instructions on how to use it or pull up a local guide for TV channel scrolling. Overall, I don’t think the room rate of $89 plus taxes was worth the cost, but in my case? You live and learn.

I travel with my dog frequently and stay in a lot of Red Roof Inns. This one is one of the best I’ve stayed at.

They have the worst beds ever!!!

Fast efficient check in. Clean room and bath. Only reason I gave 4 stars was the bed. Cheap and lumpy w no support. My backs been hurting all day! But had a microwave,fridge and safe. Another negative is no coffee in room. Overall a nice clean inexpensive room.

It was very nice area with trees around it. Pet friendly, very good snacks and drinks selections. It has a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly. Will stay again when I go back to Durham NC.

Room was clean only stayed 2 nights ex-wife was having surgery at Duke which was a 5 minute ride away but if you want fresh towels you have to bring used ones to the office there was damage to bathroom door, front door molding look like is was kicked in and desk look like is was ripped from the wall but otherwise it was a quiet place

This hotel was terrible!! The room was not ready and the room they gave me was disgusting, dirty. It had a terriable smell. The front desk call me Saturday afternoon and asked me if i wanted another room but it will be ready at night. I told them no because I was already at my daughter graduation plus there was no point because I was checking out the next morning.

I had to pay $250 a night for this hotel due to a nearby college graduation. It was ridiculous. When we checked in, we were given a key to a room that had not been cleaned. The front desk was accommodating and gave us a new room. However, it was not clean and it smelled. There was hair in the bathtub, toothpaste in the sink, and black flecks of something on the bathroom door. I understand that the facilities may be managed by a corporate office, but a clean room is within the control of the people who run this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

My handicapped room was malodorous and sticky. The sink light did not work. The fan in the bathroom was incredibly noisy as was the AC. The towels and soap were like prisoner supplies. The baseboards and floor were all bashed up. The room has not had new carpet or paint it appears for years. It had a very high ICK factor. They made you sign some no smoking agreement you needed a microscope to read.
