The system was down after we checked in and it impacted our visit and up to 3 other guests for over 6 hours. Our room had crumbs and soda markings from the previous people on the table as if someone finished their lunch. There was mold inside of one of the kitchen cupboards. The drawer had dead insects in it as if it’s never wiped down. It took hours for them to change our room. I came from out of state with kids, drove 8 hours that day and didn’t have much of an option but to stay. I would preferred to have been refunded and moved to another location. I will never return. The only positive thing I can say is the staff handled this very well, considering the lobby was full of upset clients, they were kind and professional. They did their best and kept on the situation. If the staff can update their cleaning routines, shift supervision and proper maintenance, there is potential here.
