Would not stay there again

Room was clean. Small things from a dated hotel. Toilet did not flush properly. Bathroom sink did not drain. Had to pull the plug out in order for sink to drain. Check in and check out were good. Good rate on hotel. Restaurant was also packed for Sunday breaky, did not get a chance to eat there.

I don’t have stay at the room because it smell of cigarettes and I have 2 small kids and I talk to the receptionist to change my room but don’t have vacant and I want to refund my accommodation

The room was not very clean and showed its age. The TV didn’t work and although two maintenance men replaced the TV within half an hour the second TV did not work either. I booked a two nights stay and only stayed one night.

Staff were great tv didn’t work hot tub was not clean bed was not very comfortable. whole place needs an uplift.

Booked for a wedding, jacuzzi suite. Upon check in, we patiently waited inline to meet our receptionist as she was assisting others in line before us. After they left, we continued to stand at the counter patiently for the front desk Claudette to acknowledge our presence. We waited and she still didn't say a word. My fiancé politely said "just checking in". Claudette responded by saying-- yes Ill be a minute in an annoyed tone. 😒 I was honestly floored by the lack of professionalism. She then continued to check us in being very rude and standoffish about everything. Like we had done something wrong.... 👍 upon getting to our room: The room is outdated. There is a giant jacuzzi, exactly why I booked it. The room itself was relatively clean asides from the jetts needing a deep clean and obviously previous guests had smoked in there. Reeked like cigarettes. The bed was comfortable and clean. Grout in the shower also needs a deep clean. I wouldn't feel comfortable stepping in there without sandals. Upon check out, no one asked how our stay was. I stayed here because of the price-- with my points and the vicinity to the venue. I would not recommend staying here otherwise. 😒

Not a bad place at all. I stayed here for two nights for my best friends wedding. I would say that the ongoing repairs on the roof is kind of loud if you are sleeping/napping during the day. Also, the lights above the jacuzzi in my room weren't working. My friends also booked a room on the second floor (right above my first floor room) and the locks on the balcony doors didn't actually lock. Although it's highly unlikely that anything bad would happen, it kind of presents itself as a safety risk. The front desk, housekeepers, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I believe you get your moneys worth here! It's a nice spot. I'd come back. Thanks.

I knew it was smoking room because we had our dog with us but other than that everything was great and the Inn was very clean and comfortable bedding. Would definitely stay here again with the pricing and close access to places

Beautiful room.. close to everything. The jet tub in the room was a huge bonus. Felt amazing soaking in it while watching TV.
