Unsupervised kids club most of the time (Friday-Sunday) even on Friday when it was supposed to be supervised

Great location halfway up the village,so easy to access both cable cars. Room was spacious with a great view of the mountains from the balcony and very quiet generally. Loved the rainforest shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Be warned,no kettle in room, so take a travel kettle and mug if you like a cup of tea in your room.

Sunstar Arosa was very clean and the amenities were great. Arosa is a nice and quiet little ski town with beautiful scenery and plenty of good restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Philomena very welcoming. View with a balcony awesome although no snow on peaks when we was there. Buffet breakfast, lots to choose from. Catering for all needs. Had an evening meal which was lovely. Room very clean. Evening staff knocked to see if we required anything every night. Free apples at reception. Free bus to station. Nice walk into Arosa. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Beautifully situated and seating to sit outside. Rooms very warm.

We enjoyed our brief stay. Clean, friendly, good breakfast.

Very helpful and delightful staff, hotel pretty good but no bidet in bathroom, not very good for 5 star. Meals ok but expensive , breakfast ordinary,no smoked salmon, but again staff delightful made good cappuccino's.and fresh cooked eggs.

The room had a great view and the breakfast was very good. Arosa was a nice quite town to stay in.

Good points: Clean, well appointed rooms and good buffet breakfast. It is only a short walk into the village centre, but the road is steep and poorly lit at night. Only a small number of free parking spaces outside, if they are all taken you have to pay 10CHF a day for the garage plus hand your keys into reception incase they need to move your vehicle! Drinks in the bar wrongly priced, staff were not interested in our complaint.

A large hotel with not a huge amount of style outside or in. Friendly staff. An attractive bar, lounge very big but furnishing not too warming. A lovely fire behind glass. Very large restaurant. Only eat in one night. All buffet service, food good, nothing out of the ordinary. Bedrooms sort of basic but very adequate. Bath very small, shower in the bath. Wellness area and pool very nice. Shuttle bus to the lifts very good. Boot room very warm and spacious. Ski and boot hire at the hotel so very convenient. Free wifi access everywhere.

I had a very relaxing visit. Walking in the mountains and breathing the fresh air was exactly what I needed. The Spa facilities were great and the staff very accommodating. It would have been good to know that the hotel included a shuttle pick up before I arrived and would suggest that this be posted on the website.

Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Guter Wellnessbereich mit Sauna, Dampfbad und Schwimmbad. Fitnessraum hat es auch noch und Möglichkeiten für die Massage. Für Kids hats noch eine Spielzone und Billardtisch auch. Werde wieder kommen.

Es war ein kurzer aber schöner Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sauber und am fühlt sich wohl. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam.

Charmeloses Hotel mit sehr schlechtem Preis-/Leistunsverhtnis. Unfreundliches Personal von Empfang bis Verabschiedung. Am Abreisetag stört der Zimmerreinigungsdienst zweimal um 09:00 und 09:30 trotz Checkout-Zeit um 11:00 Uhr. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls unterdurchschnittlich. Fazit: Nie wieder!

Schön am Rande der Natur gelegen und trotzdem fussläufig vom Bahnhof gut erreichbar. Saubere Zimmer auf der Höhe der Zeit. Frühstück ausgezeichnet, tolle Auswahl, alles frisch zubereitet. Neben den Standardsäften gibt es sogar einen Entsafter, mit dem man sich selber ein Getränk bereiten kann. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal rundet den insgesamt ausgezeichneten Eindruck ab. Bravo!!!! Weiter so!

Ausgezeichnete Wahl unter Preis-Leistungs-Aspekten für einen Aufenthalt in Arosa. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Bequemes Bett mit Kissenauswahl. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Ruhig gelegen. Während der Hauptzeiten alle 10-20min ein Shuttle zur Seilbahn. Gutes Essen. Schöner Ruheraum im Wellness. Familienfreundlich mit vielen Angeboten für Kinder. Komme gerne wieder.
