The best hotel in town.

It wasnt exceptional. It is in need of a renovation.

The overriding memory of this hotel is the friendly smiling staff. All of them, reception, bell boys, concierge, housekeeper and breakfast staff were exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful and has been recently refurbished. I didn’t make it to the spa but friends say it was very nice. The location is also very good.

Staff was great, however — our bed broke the first night and we had to relocate rooms at 11pm. There wasn’t much of a concern.

Beautiful hotel; the renovated rooms are tastefully decorated.

The room was very clean, with a nice view and excellent housekeeping service. We were also lucky to have such good weather during our stay. I heard the building was just renovated last year—it now has a modern-classic design that I really love! The only drawback was the service, as I had to repeat the same request twice before it was taken care of

I’m a tough critic and I was so pleasantly surprised at how phenomenal this hotel was. The service, the room, the spa, the breakfast. Everything was absolutely fabulous!!

Outstanding from all the aspects

We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered stunning views. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly kind, caring, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything about the hotel felt well-maintained and professional. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Staff are friendly and the terrace is magy

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at.The staff are outstanding. Polite, helpful with excellent English but prepared to humour my attempts at speaking French. The room was wonderful with an incredible view across the lake to the mountains. The breakfast buffet was amazing, especially the eggs Benedict cooked to order. The spa was good too. I could not recommend more
