The Como Hotel was such a wonderful stay! The area is perfect (walking distance to shows, restaurants and pubs!)! The staff is friendly, accommodating and fantastic! I would certainly stay here next time I am in the city!

The hotel was in a great location, easily accessible from Heathrow Airport via the Tube and nearby excellent restaurants, cafes, shopping, tourist attractions, etc. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff was warm and attentive, and really made the stay feel special.

Good location, but way overpriced for the quality of the rooms and the facilities on site. Any "city view" room below about the 5th floor looks over a disgusting alley. The showers in the "suites" are tiny.
