Great greeting at reception, room and service.

This hotel was amazing! From the first moment you walk into the hotel- the staff great you with hot towels and are so amazing! The rooms are so nice. Beds are a little firm but rooms are a great size. The favorite part of the experience was Vas. Best doorman in London!! Very friendly and personable. Would stay here again just for him!

Service levels seem to have gone down - 1. I have been staying here for 7yrs. When I came in, I was asked if I had stayed here before. 2. Requested couple of small items from Housekeeping - had to call back after 20-25 mins - as no one showed up. This happened twice. 3. Gave a jacket for dey-cleaning. They had it tagged to the wrong room. It only came to me because I called to check. 4. Room service - quality of food was not great. I ordered Indian food - and there was still water under the rice bowl.. never had this before. 5. Every day, housekeeping kept putting water etc on the wrong side of the bed. It was obvious which side of the bed I was sleeping on. Again - I have stayed here for 7yrs- including earlier this year - and first time I am witnessing these issues. They are small, but combined just feels like something is off. I like the hotel and location and hopefully next stay here will be better.

Staff is helpful and plenty of amenities. Customer Service is excellent!

This is a perfect hidden spot on Hyde Park corner that is extremely accessible with friendly and helpful staff.

The location

Located in one of the elite areas of London, still a great value for money and a truly fine small hotel. The staff are very helpful, the Parkview rooms are among the best in the city, And it's close to both the parks enjoyment and getting away, and all of Mayfair and the West End for entertainment and dining. The spa is also very good A real gem.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and spacious. The service was impeccable, friendly and so supportive (our luggage was delayed and they really helped).

I am a big fan of the Como Metropolitan, however, this time round, I noticed a few niggles that would have made a difference. The bed was not as comfortable as it usually is - the mattress may need changing. Certain aspects around the quality of the food at the breakfast is questionable. At checkout, I was given the option to receive a statement of account in hard copy or by email. When I went to retrieve my luggage later and asked the same person who checked me out in the morning, I was fed the feeble excuse that the email takes time as the minibar needs checking. So what would be the difference if a printout was obtained in the morning? 12 hours later, the email has yet to turn up. Somewhat disappointed!

We liked the hotel very much. Its location can’t be better- Oxford st , Piccadilly - only 10 min walking. The staff is incredible ( thank you, Dula). Rooms are big and convenient. Breakfast is expensive. This is the only downside!

Lovely spacious room that is unusual for a London hotel. Perfect location close to attractions and underground but tucked away from the noise of the city. Modern and light vibes.
