Breakfast lady was really nice

Checked in and lady at desk was great. Got to the room and there was a live bug on the pillow. We left immediately.

The hotel is clean. The second shift front desk manager was very friendly.

This was a quick overnighter. Stay was good. Property in good shape.

House keeper kept room very clean and supplied clean towels

Wish we could have made the room a little cooler. All else excellent!
