While the staff was fantastic, friendly, quick and efficient and everything was clean. ..the room was dark and gloomy, the A/C is loud. The bar and restaurant were not open in the evening as advertised.Things you can’t really change but effected our stay traffic noise, small pool filled with obnoxious rednecks that drank ALOT but only one of them ever got out to pee. GROSS! Needless to say we didn’t get in the water and we were looking forward to it.

The initial room was odorous and the staff moved us to another room which was clean and cozy. There was coffee and hot water for tea available in the lobby and an optional paid breakfast in the am. Unfortunately, our stay was interrupted by another couple's altercation that required the local police. The pool was closed by 8 pm and the whirlpool was never functioning during our stay.

Celebrated a 21st Birthday at the Castle, next door. Felt safe.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Ejoyed my stay

The fact that you pay as much as you do for a night and still have to pay $30 a night for parking plus pay for breakfast is ridiculous in my opinion but those are my only complaints.

Great location. Friendly staff. They have a hot tub. Easy to ride the trolley a block from the hotel.

Property and surrounding areas were ok

Chose this hotel because it was close to the venue e we were in town for. Upon check-in we found the carpet in our room to be soaked from a leaking a/c vent. When we notified the front desk they wanted to send maintenance to stop the leak, but did not offer us another room. I had to go down to the front desk and explain that even if maintenance fixes the leak, the carpet will still be soaked and that is unacceptable. We were begrudgingly moved to another room after that, but the lady at the front desk remained unfriendly to us for the rest of our stay, as if we were in the wrong for not wanting to stay in a room with a soaked carpets. Parking is additional $30 per night and the continental breakfast is $10 per person. These additional fees are a joke when they’re already charging $250 a night. Needless to say, we will be staying at different hotel next year when we are back in Ybor.

A parking fee of $30 per night is a scam since you are already paying for the stay. We will not be recommending this stay to others.

Great location and comfortable room but it was so noisy. People up and partying in middle of night. Breakfast wasn't good.

What a great location! The hotel staff were very helpful. I just think it was a bit pricey but enjoyed the experience!!

Everything is great except the parking, i believe if you pay to stay somewhere then parking should be included. It is an additional $30 per dsy to park. Seems that cost should be absorbed by the hotel.
