Hotel was very clean and rooms updated.

The hotel was updated, and the updates are nice. Getting a hairdryer and checking out took much longer than expected and made me late for my appointment.

Ok room. Hadcto use a desk phone to call the front desk attendant 4 times, wire 15 minutes. Then he gave us a room that was already occupied

Breakfast fair

The room was extremely clean and the air conditioning worked great. The breakfast was very good!

Recently remodeled! Very nice!

In process of being partially refurbished. We were given a disabled room, even though not disabled, which was up stairs with no lift - work that one out. Breakfast basic but OK.

No elevators. No ice machine on 2d floor. Phone didn’t work. No wake up service. Outdated decor.

Clean and quiet

Property is undergoing remodeling so the laundry service were not available. No ice machine on our floor and breakfast was at the neighboring hotel. Glad they are remodeling but does make it a little inconvenient. Stay was still comfortable.

Property was clean, quiet, and had a wonderful breakfast. Staff were friendly. Good value for the community.

Overall it was ok. My daughter and her friends found dirty under wear and socks in their room. The continental breakfast had ran out of alot of items before we made it there at 8am. The beds were comfortable. For the price it was average.

We have been staying at this property for years. I have family in Pontiac, so we stay here when in town. The property is starting to show its age, but the staff are wonderful!

Shades on the window were in sorry shape, ran the hot water for ten minutes and it never did get hot. Breakfast was edible but that was all I can say about it.

First room AC didn't work and smelled musty. Moved to another room that ac worked, but was very smoky. Went to adjust the curtains and there was blood all over them. The bed you could see all the lumps in the mattress. Bathroom had unpainted wall patches all over. I've stayed in super 8s better than this.

Very clean, quiet, and affordable. The staff was very professional and eager to help. The property location was very convenient for travelers.

easy and friendly check-in

This hotel is okay if you need to stay one night. I only stayed there for one night, and they were nice and had a decent breakfast. They do not clean the hotel well. I had quite a few pieces of long hair in the bathroom.
