It was easy to get to. Nice and quiet.

My husband and I have stayed here multiple times when we come to the Arcada for a show. The parking is great and the complimentary breakfast is nice.

I didn’t have high expectations for my stay, but even those were not met. Checking in was fine. The room was in need of updating, but no big deal… TV didn’t work. No one to fix it since it was the weekend. Didn’t change rooms because of the hassle. The breakfast was a bad joke. Supposedly it started at 6am. At 615am I got thereto see the guy still setting up. Waffles (took 15 minutes to warm up. Plain white toast (no bagels, no danishes) and cereal.

It was a clean room Bed was firm enough. The only issue we had was turning on lights on one end of room No big deal Mgmt said they will look into it. I would stay here again

You get what you pay for. Outdated and a bit dark and shabby inside. Staff weren't outright rude, but they weren't friendly. The refrigerator in my room did not work and had a bottle of (probably rotten) juice left behind by a previous guest that housekeeping had not removed. Everything else was clean. Bed, shower, air conditioning, window curtains, and door locks were all serviceable. During my stay, I had to dress up for an event and appreciated the full length mirror with good lighting above it. Parking lot was well lit. I'm a woman and was traveling alone and felt safe staying there. It's just old and no frills.

I like this hotel, but it has an unpleasant smell especially the hallways to the rooms. My room also had an unpleasant smell to it. The bed and sheets were wonderful. The lady at the front desk was excellent also.

The accessibility Rooms are very clean. I Do not know about the regular rooms, But accessibility rooms that I need because of disability and it's on the first floor I have stayed in two different rooms there a couple weeks apart and they were very clean they have breakfast in the morning They have an outdoor pool. The cleanliness compared to the hotels around the area and for the price you can't beat it it's better than getting one for $10 cheaper that is not clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful which is a plus.

The property was within walking distance of several good places to eat. It did not have an elevator and we had to carry our heavy luggage up stairs. The shower was not sealed properly and leaked every time we took a shower. There was an awful food smell every evening in our hallway that someone was cooking. There was loud music being played at 7am. The stay did not match the previous reviews whatsoever and we were very disappointed.
