Great stay!

AC didnt work and I was NOT charged the price quoted when I made reservations on Expedia!

We needed a place for one night and though it was a bit more than I wanted to pay, the hole was very nice and clean. The check in was seedless and quick, brything in the room was good. The only thing I wish they would do better, is get better coffee I the rooms and in the breakfast area. The breakfast was a good breakfast with fried eggs, sausage patties and biscuits and gravy along with waffles and other breakfast foods. The breakfast area was very homey and clean as well.

Bathroom door was in bad shape. It would hardly close. Outside entrance in back was not secure. It was tied so it was open all the time, didn't need a key card to get in.

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Front desk was on the phone during check-in and I was waiting. Room shower did not drain properly and couldn’t take a pleasant shower.

Had no issue with the stay itself. Was in town with my kids to visit family and this hotel did what we needed it for. Only issue we had was the housekeeping staff was very loud and discussing things not appropriate for others to overhear.

They location is good, quiet road noise. The bed was comfortable. The motel needs updating, the toilet is made for children (low), the sofa needs to be updated, old. The sinks drained slowly. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment for ice packs. Would be nice to have two chairs instead of one. It was nice to have a hot shower after a busy day. I felt it was a bit pricey but all the motels are charging more now.

We can hear every step taken on the creaky floor above us. Bed was comfortable.

The check-in staff was AMAZING! I would come back again purely for that. Super fast and genuinely friendly. Parking lot was very well lit. We were hauling livestock and there were lots of spots on the west side to park with the trailer. Room was clean but well used and a bit worn. Outlets on the lamps didnt work, door caught when you opened it, etc. Overall great stay. Only issue was we had the unfortunate luck of being directly across and underneath a high school basketball team. Those boys had a lot of fun....until 3am....sigh. Thankfully, after running up and down the hall, yelling from 2-3am, the coach finally put an end to it. Made it an early morning for us. Next time we will just make sure to ask that we are on the top floor. Good stay otherwise and can't gold that against the hotel. We would stay here again.

The service was great. The breakfast was very good. But the room smelled like cigarette smoke, and the door going into the room was very difficult to open.

The staff was polite. The room had several items broken. The closet door was scraping the track where the wheel was missing and was very loud whenever we opened it. The cabinet door by the fridge was coming off its hinges. There is water damage on the ceiling. Not from rain, because we were on the second floor. Cleaning wasnt visible in the bathroom. Only what looked like a qiuck wiipe of the counter. The beds were clean. The mattresses are worn down that you have no support. Carpet was okay, but needed better vacuuming around the furniture. Really sad. I have stayed there several times but in a matter of six months, it seems they gave up keeping it nice. It used to be one of the nicer hotels in Hutchinson. Not anymore.

The fan on our heat & air unit only worked on the low speed setting which left the room stuffy.

Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The bed was terribly hard and the mini -split would not turn on. Luckily the room was not cold but it was very stuffy and warm with no air moving. The pool was ice cold. The receptionist was very nice when we checked in.

Great for the price

Everything was great about the stay except the heating system had a fan button that did not work. The heat worked fine, but it would’ve been nice to have had a constant fan at work.

Window didn’t lock, rugs were dirty, bathtub was peeling
