The staff was very inexperienced and not friendly (one staff member literally quit while we were checking in). Also, the cleanliness was awful throughout the hotel. On the plus side, the breakfast was good.

The room was beautiful, and offered all the comforts you would expect from such a costly room. However the air conditioning-when on, the room would get cold, once it reached a certain temperature it would shut off. I spent the entire night covering up, then kicking my covers off because it was so hot, then covering up because it would get cold. Also, the shower-there is a sign, turn the shower on for 15 minutes to gets warm water in the winter months. This is June, not winter. My husband ran it half an hour, still not hot, barely warm. Took his shower, left it running for me. I took a luke warm shower, left it running for my daughter, after probably an hour and a half-she also had a luke warm shower. Funny thing is. The sink was instantly hot.

The breakfast was good. the area was kept clean and the offerings fresh with attentive staff. the room was comfortable and parking ample. there were a few areas that you could tell needed some maintenance attention in the elevators. Aside from that, it was very comfortable stay.

Staff was great! Older hotel…tepid , warm water for shower and a leaky air conditioner for lots of moisture on floor…poor lighting in general living area… Bed was great!

Recommend for the pleasant stay.

Nice breakfast with turkey bacon eggs waffles and food. Room nice size and comfy

Very noisy, the entrance door slammed all day and night with people coming in and out. I did not rest at all. Look for another place in the area if you want to get some rest.

Elevators not working, no ice machines working. Bathroom tiles way too slippery. Water in shower at full hot but was lukewarm. We’ve stayed at this hotel since 2019 and it has gone way downhill. Won’t be returning until upgraded.

The breakfast was pretty decent, lots of variety. All the staff I encountered were friendly and approachable. Comfy beds, clean rooms.

Easy on and off main highway. Suite room was large and comfortable.

Didn’t even stay the night. Room was dirty and so was the elevator and hallway carpets. Very disappointed. This is a professional area and the hotel should be up to par. Staff was wonderful and lobby area was nice, but deceiving as the rooms were not as updated.

Management was not friendly checking in. Our family had three rooms. Two rooms did not have hot water for morning showers. Really? Talking to desk attendant, this was a known problem to management. Also - my 88 year old dad returned back to hotel after a family event at 11:30 pm. His room key didn't work. Manager's override key wouldn't work - so they put my dad in another room - he had to sleep in his clothes. In the morning maintenance had to change the battery in his door key code. It was a shame the manager couldn't handle that fix the night before. The rooms were dark and garbage cans were scarce. Breakfast staff was nice and food was good.
