The room was nice but I was in a room that had no heat and no one was at the front desk so I can change so I had to sleep in a cold room until the next day

Had 2 rooms. 1 room was fine. The other was dirty. There was bottles of liquor and underpants in the trash. A bed was also broken in the room.

place is a little run down, but friendly. Ran out of shampoo/body wash and toilet paper before we even got settled in.

Great Customer Service from front desk staff. Over all cleanliness was at my standards. Only issue was I was in an Executive King suite and a few stains in the carpet and bathroom sink stopper was broken and needs to be fixed cuz it causes the sink to fill up.

Easy, for the price the wear and tear of the hotel did not bug me. Room was in good conditions parked with a trailer and they gave us a room with that view -made us feel safe about it. Parking was great. Staff and Housekeeping were accommodating

I was a good hotel other then the kitchen lady eyeballing everyone at breakfast

The room has poor soundproofing. A budget hotel with average quality—reasonable but nothing special.

The handicap shower head was difficult to operate and place in the holder

The staff was very pleasant and informative. Properly was average and was reasonably priced.

Property was not clean. Stained carpets and needed updating

Tattered furniture out front, tile falling off the bathroom wall, tape holding up the wallpaper. Door handles were rusty and loose. Heater in the room didn’t work. Intermittent chirping all night- sounded like a smoke detector. Poor quality building. Very friendly staff, but would not recommend this hotel.

The property was very unclean I felt so uncomfortable sleeping there. I went to warm up my food and was not able to due to the microwave being FILLED with crumbs, which is extremely disgusting. I called down to the front office and was told nothing could be done about it since she was the only staff member there. There were strands of hair found in the bed upon my arrival which was also very disgusting. Overall I did not enjoy the cleanliness of the room and felt very uneasy staying there.

Clean and quiet delicious breakfast.

Loud parties after 11:30pm that the hotel staff was unwilling or unable to stop. I ended up calling the police to deal with it. In response, the hotel staff tried to kick ME out of the hotel.
