Easy check in clean but old rooms.

My wife and I came to this hotel from NJ for a local concert. This was our first time ever in this area. We checked in quickly and promptly. However, we went into the room to discover it was super dirty. Toothpaste marks on the counters, dried blood on the bathroom wall, a dried blood droplet on the front door, crumbs on our towels, and overall the room is just very old and not very pleasing to look at. So we went to the front desk and told them the situation. They were very accommodating and arranged for us to get a different room and to take a snack from the bar area free of charge. We got our new room key, went to the room, and it wouldn’t open because the keypad was dead and needed new batteries. We went back to the front desk, told them what happened, once again very accommodating, and gave us our third and final room which was manageable. It was moderately clean but still, very rundown. The morning breakfast was nice and check out was easy. Overall, not a bad hotel but by no means the type of quality I thought from the website photos. Adjust your expectations for this hotel as a step up above a Motel. Once again, to conclude, the staff did the best they could given the circumstances

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was thoroughly clean and ready with no issues being found. Since I’m disabled, the fact the bathroom was fully accessible with everything I could need was very helpful and appreciated!

Bed was too soft. In room coffee was not tasty

The facility was clean. We couldn't check-in due to no rooms being available (room was already paid for). The breakfast was lackluster and for the $400/night price it had the value of a $100 room. Not even nice view from window.

i had multiple neighbors screaming and banging until 2 am, then little kids were running up and down the hallway screaming at 2 am, the breakfast was not good, the employee who checked me in was very nice though! and the room seemed clean

Bathroom doors did not lock in both rooms.Pool was filthy bandaids on the pool deck and either very cloudy.Wieght room equipment was not working and very unsafe.Dresser drawers falling apart.

The bathroom in our room had significant ceiling damage from a leak above, paint and joint compound was flaking and coming loose. There was a crack in the shower floor that had been poorly repaired and was leaking, a second crack formed before we checked out. There was a bad smell in the room, like heat burned carpet or old pet urine. We reported these at checkout and were informed the "maintenance engineer" was spread out servicing multiple locations and was not able to address repairs quickly. We would like at least a partial refund.

The property is a little older, but was very clean and quiet. The woman who takes care of breakfast kept the food well stocked and the dining area was immaculate. She interacted with the clients and made sure that they felt welcome, but she was not intrusive. I made sure to thank her and know I appreciated it.

Staff were friendly and the hotel was quite. very close to shopping and restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms need a little tlc as the one bed seemed a little broke and the outlets in the lamp did not work. Otherwise a nice stay. Staff was great at check in and check out
