While room was clean there was a chemical oder like bleach. However, the hallways were quite dirty and needed vacuuming. The kitchen area was clean & food was good with nice selection. Front desk & kitchen staff great.

Older hotel getting updated. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was updated and very clean. When making reservations, only doubles were available. When we checked in I asked if any kings had opened up and we were given a king. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place was nice for a quick trip out of town. However i would have given it a better rating if my request for a joining rooms was followed thru in. Breakfast was great and the lady who ran breakfast was amazing.

The hotel must be under new management because we have stayed here numerous times and this time was a big disappointment. Just to name a few, elevator broken and our room was originally on the 3rd floor floor but asked receptionist to give us a room on the first floor but they could only offer 2nd floor. My sister has very bad knees and had to carry all her things and help her. One of the doors by the pool was broken. The whirlpool water looked dirty. Our room's bath room door didn't close, the night stand table was broken and fell to the side, the bathtub was very unsafe, the tub did not have a flat surface, making it unsafe for my sister with the bad knees to shower. The phone in our our room was broken with no dial tone. I reported it to front desk and they said the would put it on the list. The food was terrible! Looked like it was reheated from a few days go! Hope they improve!

Hotel was nice- decent breakfast- very nice staff. The room we were in needed some updates- especially the bathroom- there was a hole in the ceiling and a metal piece coming away from the ceiling as well. The only reason we noticed it was because it was reflected in the mirror. Other than that, no complaints.

This place was interesting. The staff were terrific. Front desk and breakfast hostess superior. Because of this, initial impressions were great. Then came the room. Not as good. In dire need of updating except for the bed which was pretty comfy. There was a car outside our room that had 2 flat tires and had been keyed on one side. Obviously has been sitting there awhile. However, they were actively updating rooms around us as we were there. If the rooms all improve, so will your experience.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while. Beautiful view of the lake out our window. Clean rooms and nice smelling soaps. Hotel pool and hot tub were in wonderful condition and very clean. Great breakfast in the morning. We will be staying here again for sure!

Hotel needs update, light in bathroom burned out. Only one person working in the morning. Most breakfast items gone by 7:30am. No one working the breakfast area to replenish items. Coffee pots empty. People disgruntled in the breakfast area.

We were somewhat disappointed by our stay this time. We (and many other family members) were staying here after our nephew’s wedding. The first room we were given had never been cleaned… the lights were on, dirty towels were on the bathroom floor, the bed was unmade, and the window was open. We knew the hotel was full, but Andrea couldn’t have been nicer and found us an upgraded room. Unfortunately, the carpeting and bathroom floor of this second room were dirty and the shower door didn't close well. All of this was very unusual and disappointing as a Hampton Inn is usually our go-to hotel due to their consistent quality.
