It’s been awhile since traveled. I was happy and pleased with the cleanliness of the room. The location was great offering different restaurants to choose from. The staff were courteous during check in and check out. Thank you for a pleasant visit.

The front desk was more than helpful, very pleasant and made sure we were taken care of within their control. I reserved this hotel because they advertised a hot tub but was told it was closed down for winter, which was why I did not rate as excellent. The evening social was a surprise and a nice touch. Also had a continental breakfast which had the basics and was also good for quick meal.

It was great, only complaint we have is the water pressure other then that it was a great experience for us.

everything was great. the only problem was there were bugs in the room. that was not good. bugs in the light fixture in bathroom. light out over the couch not working. TV Box had to unplug to get it to work with remote.. I didn't tell anyone on the staff. The staff at the front desk was very nice and pleasant!! was really disapppointed you didn't have a happy hour on Thursdays.

Room was mostly fine other than the bathroom floor being dirty. Noticed that after I put my towel down to dry my feet and it came up brown… There was a day that housekeeping came and did not make my bed, but didn’t replenish towels. One of the exterior doors was not operational from the outside with my hotel key card, and after arriving late one night. The main door was locked with a printed sign displayed that I had to go to the far side of the building from my room and parking to enter using a side door all while an employee sat at the desk at the main door. Oh let’s also not forget to mention that of my seven day stay the elevator was down for three.

Very clean hotel beds were very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was awesome.

If you’re in town for a TTU game, this location is perfect. Right on the southeast corner of campus. Walking distance to the stadium and to bars/restaurants on Broadway. Plenty of parking. The included breakfast was great both mornings of our stay.

The property was the ideal location for a Texas Tech game. However, for $400 a night I would expect a much cleaner room. There was dust on all the furniture. The floor in the closet was filthy as was the bathroom floor. All the furniture and doors were spotted and dirty. The tub was stained and the toilet had a ring around it and the seat was loose. The bedding for the pull out couch had blood stains on it (the front desk changed it for me quickly). It appeared that the only housekeeping done was changing the sheets and towels and maybe wiping down the bathroom between guests.

Loads of issues. Crumbs on the carpet when we first walked in. Bizarre holes in the ceiling for the sprinkler heads. Other delayed maintenance issues. Good location.

Located on the corner of a very busy intersection. The parking near the front entrance is quite limited requiring you to park at the ends. Take messures to secure your vehicle and belongings.
