I reserved the room paid in advance. When I checked in, they told me I had to pay $100 deposit. And it might take up to seven days for my money to be refunded. There was bright lights outside my window. At 8 o’clock in the morning housekeeping was beating on the door, saying housekeeping. Why would they do that when someone has not even checked out not impressed.

Person who checked me in when I got there seemed more concerned with who she was talking to on her phone than talking to me.

They have to clean the rooms every day

The property ws ok but the rooms could use better cleaning. Bugs and hair in every corner of the bathroom. Toilet had a ring and ran must of the time. Bed was comfortable.

I enjoyed my short stay. I’d come again.

Great value for a one night stay while traveling. I was disappointed that there were no proteins offered during breakfast. Eggs and yogurt would have been great!

Clerk was rude when adk if they have a generator when we lost power. Breakfast was terrible not a lot of options, the cleaning lady and her son didnt clean the room just mop, no restock of toiletries tub was still filthy fro whe we check in

Air conditioner was dripping onto carpet, notified staff, changed me to another room. This room faced a busy road & directly across from a busy truck stop. Staff very accommodating, but slept horribly due to the noise from all the truck traffic.

We couldn’t check in because of a power outage. Once we did check in, the room was dirty especially the bed. The hallway smelled. Trying to get a refund but the computers/internet wasn’t working. It’s was a horrible experience.

I had a great stay at this motel! The rooms were very clean and well maintained. It’s a nice and comfortable place overall. However, the Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor wasn’t consistent—it kept going on and off, which was a bit frustrating. Apart from that, everything else was excellent. I would still recommend this motel for a stay, especially if you don’t rely heavily on internet access.

The room smelt like smoke. There was hair all over the bathroom which was clean expect the hair in the tub and on the floor. There were ants in the breakfast room doing breakfast. The lady we got towels from was rude and spoke unpleasant until I asked for her name. There was never anybody at the front desk. I was there for three days and decided to not ask for any more towels because she was trying to charge my room for towels because we asked for enough for the whole stay because we did not want room service. We drove there for my niece AAU tournament.

Great amount if privacy. Minimal contact if desired. I wish the breakfast hours were longer or maybe even later in the morning. Also morning associates could be more attentive to breakfast while it is open.

The floors in the room were sticky, but other than that it was overall a good stay

Staff were terrific. Rooms smelled funny. We thought first had been smoked in but when we got to second we realized that’s just how they smell. Was a mix of musty and smoky smell.

What I did not like! When your in a room and up on the next floor are kids running around, jumping whatever they were doing… this with young children should be put on the first floor. All night and very early morning same thing… very disappointed with my stay…. Besides that bathroom was not very clean…

Cobwebs in every corner and they definitely have a bug problem!! COCKROACHS

Hotel was excellent and will stay again if travelling to again. Travelled with my elderly Mom and teenage daughter. Staff was very friendly as well. If must say anything negative it be the breakfast wasn't always the best or waffle maker working. But for the price it was above and beyond expectations.
