Breakfast was wonderful but pool was under construction and the site and price still reflected pool use. Price should have dropped since the pool was not available

Overall hotel was nice Room was clean and comfortable Tv didn’t work properly as it was stuck in pip mode but not a huge deal. Also the pool and hot tub were out of order and appear to be going under renovation as the windows were all covered with paper It would have been nice to know that as we would have probably stayed elsewhere

Wonderful stay! Front desk staff was friendly and prompt in checking in. Clean, updated room with comfortable bed (on the harder side if that is a concern). Loved having the space and a couch to sit on. My only one complaint (and this is not a slight to the staff) is that breakfast was somewhat depleted as some sports teams were staying there and seemed to have come through right as I was going to breakfast. Perhaps a friendly note to staff to proactively stock breakfast and refills in this case. Otherwise a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Check-in was quick and friendly. Mary and Layne were very kind and helpful. Room was already cool and very clean. Bathroom had plenty of towels. They had hot breakfast (eggs and sausage) with an adequate selection of other breakfast foods. I was very pleased with my room and service and plan on staying here again for future work trips.

It was in a very quite area and easy to find places to est. able to explore the Mississippi river.

There were not water bottles provided at check out or in the room. There was a vending machine. For the price of our small room, $148, you couldn’t least provide two water bottles, especially since you provided a coffee pot and pods in the room, need water for that. Also could use fresh fruit at the breakfast buffet.

Everything thing was good but house keeping come by beating on ever door a 8 and working all night was not appreciated knocked and yelled house keeping heard them go u and down haul doing this

Decent hotel. Breakfast was not good at all. Very little to choose from especially for the price of the hotel.

Lots of construction, disappointing about room service only if requested. We were only staying overnight so a moot point. Breakfast offerings were very nice!!

Exit door access was taped off on at least two floors. Not cool.

Was told upon arrival that they don't rent rooms to locals.. Only after I had already paid and reserved the room online and the lady at the desk was very impolite and was playing on her phone the whole time very rude and dismissive

This is a very well done refurb. Clean and with unlimited coffee. Nice linen and complimentaries. Staff friendly and helpful. Breatkfast plenty with lots of choice. Well presented clean and tidy. Perfect to the old city historic sites Bed a little high and I had to unplug fridge and microwave etc as too much light and noise when trying to get to sleep. The air conditioner was fairly modern and did a good job but I had to switch it off to sleep The main problem was noise bleed from the hall way which was excruciating when a family with a baby was put in the room on the opposite side of the corridor. 4 hours of high pitched and screaming hell to the point that I had to complain 2x to reception. Unfortunately that made me review my original.assessment and I would probably not stay there again.
