Thing i didnt like was said price was $82 dollars for the night, then it said $129 and they added another 20 on so i ended up paying $149 for the night. Just come right out and tell people what they are gonna pay.

Friendly staff, clean room, facility in excellent condition.

Staff was great and very helpful.

Compared to other hotels we've stayed at in the last two weeks, it was pricey. The food that was offered and the comfort doesn't compare. The room we stayed in needs an update.

The area was very quiet, and just a couple minutes from everything a traveler would need in town

The jacuzzi wasn’t clean

We stayed here while in town- we chose the king suite as it was the biggest room. Paid almost $170 for the room. I checked in and went up with our three kiddos to get settled into our suite. Upon opening the door to our hotel room, there was a man and all his belongings in the room. We were given a key to someone else’s room which put me and my three children in danger. We then had worries about the same thing happening to us. We went to the front desk and were informed “they don’t know how this happened” and they didn’t have any suites left over for our family and we couldn’t get a partial refund for the amount difference of the rooms even, offered us some points that are valid for their property. Very unhappy about this situation & what was supposed to be a fun relaxing evening in a big room turned into me crammed in a much smaller room and left worried someone would walk in on us.

The dining for breakfast was great!

Needed a chair for the tub the lady went immediately and found us one..very friendly and nice people

My room was very nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay again!

Amber and Margaret were tremendous. They helped accomadate my stay with smiles and happiness.

Front desk gal was very welcoming! Pleasant and informative. However tv was difficult to use(even the front desk gal came up and helped) (she was great) and the phone didn’t work at all. No big deal we weren’t going to use it. Breakfast was good.
