This hotel is great! From the very start, the service was exceptional. We flew in on a red-eye from Newark and to our surprise our room was ready at 8AM Being able to check in immediately set the tone for the entire trip. When our flight home was canceled (2x!), the team could not have been more accommodating. They seamlessly extended our stay and even kept us in the same room, They also offered to stow our luggage while we took the train to Galway for two days in between delays. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine. Ally, who works at the reception desk, was truly amazing. By the end of our stay, we felt like friends. Her warmth and attention to detail were above and beyond. The day before we left, she surprised us with a handwritten note and two complimentary desserts at Pen & Player. It was such a personal touch. At Pen & Player the experience was just as wonderful. Val, the bartender, made the best cocktails. The location is absolutely perfect, right on St. Stephen's Green. It’s tucked away from the busyness of the Temple Bar area, yet still close enough to easily walk to pubs, restaurants, and shopping. It is also steps from a Luas tram stop which made it incredibly convenient to explore other parts of the city. This hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay, it provides hospitality in the truest sense. The staff made what could have been a stressful travel experience into something memorable and special. We cannot wait to return!

Form check in to check out we had a wonderful time at The Green hotel. Perfect location, walkable to everything in the city. We didn’t eat so I can’t comment but we did spend a few hours in the bar and I’d like to thank the bar staff especially for their excellent hospitality. Top class.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Green. Really convenient location by being not too close but not too far from Grafton Street. A number of pubs were less than 10 minutes away. Gorgeous hotel that clearly has been recently renovated, but also well taken care of by the hotel staff. Breakfast was delicious each morning. We look forward to staying at The Green again in the future!
