The water stopped working when I was getting ready to check out. And that lasted at least an hour. Never got to check out and then someone walked in my room unannouced. They must have thought that I left the room, but I had a late check out/ Reminder to self, put that extra lock on because you and the person may have the shock of their life. Unfortunately I have been there before and the food and service was not the best. I went back because I loved the balcony view

Stayed here for one night before a cruise. Great overnight stay! Had an ocean front room with balcony and watched the sunrise. The outside of the hotel doesn’t give a great impression, but they’ve put done work in on the inside. The bar and restaurant were great, the little coffee shop was perfect for AM coffee to have while watching the sunrise.

I enjoyed coffee on the balcony while seeing and hearing the waves. The room was cleaned and freshened every 2 days the days. The restaurant, bars, and coffee shop service were great. Parking was easy. Great vacation spot for us.

I liked the fact that the lpro perty is located on the Beach, easy parking, restaurant on premise, and friendly, courteous, and friendly staff. I would have liked better lighting and signage at the fromt entrance since the hotel sits a good 400-600 feet from the main road. The AC units in the room are very loud, and non-stopl, and are situated so that the cooled air blows directly at the bed. I had to place a chair in fromt of the unit as a baffle. Although food at the Starlight retaurant was good, staffing level was poor, and wait times to be served were too long. After spending several hours at the beach, we returned to our room in the afternoon hoping to shower and dress to go to dinner, and disappointedly discovered that the room had not been made up. After complaining to the fron desk, we had no choice but to go to the pool bar and wait for that to be done. I for one truly expect more from a Hilton property.

The employees were very friendly at checkin. How ever my room was not clean. There were stains on the counter, a huge ball of hair in the shower, long black hairs all over the towels.

For the price, i feel like you could stay somewhere nicer. Parking isn’t free but the lot was never full. Lots of cars without tags. Breakfast not included- listing may have said that, not sure. Just expensive for little.

Property was just ok. Have a rather high expectation of a Hilton property and it did not meet it.

This place needs remodeling. Pictures are deceiving. Feels and looks more like motel 6

Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were wonderful.

Fast check in cities are fantastic and clean. Their food is very delicious. Get the mahi-mahi tacos.
