Great location and very friendly and helpful front desk. Rooms are a bit echoey because of the hard surfaces, but rooms are clean.

The pool was amazing. Lounge take out was great. Will be going back on our way back through Winnipeg.

Room had leak and couldn’t change rooms….manager fixed the next day upgraded us and gave us a free night. Hotel needs and is scheduled for renovation so hopefully will be better in a year!

Corridor to room was filthy - dirty rug. Bathroom door, in-unit, was in horrible condition and looked as if it was just put together. No A/C in corridor to bedroom and very dark and dingy.

very old, even after what seems to be a renovation. shower had no pressure. AC didn’t work, tv didn’t work. Wifi was awesome, decent pillows, friendly staff. overall, would not stay again

The issue was the bed, when we got in, it creaked, banged, we didn’t know what caused it . The mattress slopped into the centre, it was a king size bed! The bed wasn’t comfortable!

The room was quite clean, staff very friendly, but our only problem was the price. For an older hotel.. the price of a room is almost twice what it should be.. realistically.

The hotel is located between two very busy road and we were allocated a room on the busiest road nothing good for a good sleep, we ask for a change of room and got a room on the less busy street. Both room were very clean, however the carpet in the hallway is wearout and dirty, everywhere.

Reasonable accommodation for a short stay with good location. Bar was comfortable. Nice pool. Age definitely showing on carpets, room finishes, mattress.

Beds were not comfortable. Room had a double blind system for windows but the blackout one kept breaking and all they did was roll it back up each time but didn't test it. Each time I tried to partially roll the blind down, it came flying down. Oddly even the cleaning staff didn't bother to have it fixed - I had to go down to front desk twice as no one was answering the phone. We stayed for 3 days and were never able to look outside. Not sure if we will be back 🤔
